A lad I've had running to moneygram 3 times now, has been calling my free voicemail number all day (because he finally found out I had sent the money to Benin the country and not Benin City, as he said).
He finally left me a voice message:

If I'm not mistaken, he is using a voice generator for that?
I can't help but wonder if he would have been using a voice generator if I had also picked up the phone or if it's something he is using just to leave voicemail because he might be scared? |

Oki.. to me it sounds like Steven Hawkins, in particular the last part of it. Does anyone speak like that?
Edit: there is also a distinct beep before and after the words. |

The beep before the message is his phone running through credit units  As for the voice, perhaps the uncanny tone is due to the lad squeezing his nose or simply the fact that he has a very peculiar voice. |
