Hello Folks. New on the forum old on scambaiting going back to the days of FAX machines and plain brown envelopes from Nigeria. I've got a new twist and want to know if you think it is wrong! I am using the "mugu" as sort of a cruise missle or "smart" bomb to wage long distance war on someone else that in my humble opinion deserves a comeuppance!

A little history first, I worked for a company as manager a while back and because of cancer that almost wiped me out had to resign for health reasons to facilitate recovery. I did all that was required to roll over my vacation time and worked out my two weeks notice and was rewarded a big fat $0.00 as a final check and was robbed of over 119 hours of paid time off at the rate over $25.00 per hour. Unfortunatley for them I have all the contact information including email address, office address, phone and fax numbers of the fine folks that used me and then cast me aside. Now when contacted by a lad wishing to enlist me as his collection agent and go between for his customers I am traveling on a business trip and answering the email via laptop. Just so happens that my "fiduciary agent" back at the office handles all of my banking and business transactions while I am away. The lads are given all pertinent information as to contact name, address and phone numbers as well as my assurances that the " fiduciary agent" is not only authorized to cooperate fully but mandated to do so.

You would think that the lads would give up after the first encounter via telephone with the "fiduciary agent" and in fact they do complain loudly via email at the way they were treated. I assure them that my "fiduciary agent" has a sour past with foreigners as he was raped from behind as a teenager by a band is miscreants from a middle eastern country that for purposes of political correctness shall remain un-named for the purpose of this posting. The film was distributed throughout the underground porn scene and my poor agent even with extensive counseling has never fully recovered. I then become the go between to arrange the check being sent to my agent at the address of the office and made out to him.

Lads always notify me when the check has been sent and after a little while email to ask what has happened to the money that was supposed to be transferred. Now imagine sitting at your office getting phone calls from some Nigerian that knows your name and then a large check for amounts varying from $65,000 to $400,000 made out to you. Must be at the least irritateing and even somewhat scary. Now imagine the mugu when I email him with the terrible news that my agent has cashed the check and fled the country and is as we speak spending the money on a luxury vacation in Cancun Mexico with the whole wine, women in hot tubs and song scenario that must just chaff the a$$ of the mugu that sent the check which wasn't even real in the first place but now being used by an intended victim to live the life of Riley. I then step in and offer to help by sending a coupon booklet good for $2.00 off the next all you can eat pancake breakfast you can attend down at the Lion's club, food and lodging if you can get over here or even one time offered to pay the money back myself because I felt resonsible and at the rate of .13 cents per month until we are out of debt.

If the lad is still on the line at this time I then offer my personal cell phone number for him to contact me. It is a trac phone with no way to connect it to myself. I engage the fine lad in conversation and shortly reach a decision that I'm sure he has a real tough time with. I invite him to kiss my a$$, thats right kiss my a$$ and then abruptly end the conversation by hanging up. Now imagine the lack of closure in this whole thing must be terrible with the mugu receiving that declaration as the final word from me the victim. I have had them call back and from time to time will accept the call and the assorted threats that come with the call. One was going to cut my head off and even asked me if I knew who I was f#%king with. Apparently I didn't and invited him to show up with three of his friends so I could send them all to hell on a package deal. I then ask if he really knows who he is f#%king with and when he replies in the negative, I then repeat with the part he can kiss.

Wrong, you bet. Fun, for sure. Dangerous for the folks that screwed me over.............I can only hope! Twisted Evil

No, here at 419Eater we bait SCAMMERS, not people that treated us badly in real life. We do not give scammers telephone numbers or names of ex-girlfriends, ex-bosses, evil mother-in-laws or an annoying neighbours.

This is unethical.
