Women who refer to the father of their child as a 'sperm donor'.
Unless you were raped, I believe there were two people involved in that conception.
I realize that many women get screwed over by deadbeat husbands, but as a single father who raised his own daughter for 18 years, I find this term rather insulting.
Perhaps I should start refering to my ex-wife, and all other women, as the 'cum bucket'?

Medical costs....

Had to do a pre-admit today for a myelogram next week. Even though I have insurance I still had to pay my percent...$684.00. They had the procedure costing right at $5800.00.

$5800. to jab a needle into my spine and shoot some dye into it. I hate to see how much the surgery is going to cost this time!

People on forums who just hit the quote button. Yes, it's taken care of nicely here, but some tech forums I go to people live off of that button, so you scroll for an hour just to find the 3 words that someone adds to the topic. Then the next person it's quote! Drives me nuts!

I'm a single father I have raised 3 boys.
Being a single parent does not always come as a choice sometimes things happen that no one has any control over.
So next time you see someone point a finger and vilify a "single parent" ask that person if they know what truly happened.
Many great people in and past of this world are the product of single parenthood, be it from an unfortunate death or from the parting of ways. Single parents exist for endless reasons.
