Hi guys and gals,
Sometime last week, I introduced myself and was warmly welcomed to the group. Since then, I've tried to form my own team in my country to do some baiting, but no one was interested, so I guess I'll just keep on lurking and read all the inspiring things you guys do to scammers.

I keep getting phone scams about winning a "free car". This one was a good come-on! I called once but got no answer and then the smell of scam wafted through the phone. Heard office sounds, though.

I also get "Free Insurance" scams that tell me to go to a certain office. Of course I don't go. I can smell a scam a mile away!

Welcome.
So you're done reading and have a mentor? Safe accounts setup? Then dive in the surplus and start your first bait, keep it straight and simple in the beginning and within 3 weeks or so you feel fit enough to asem a few to see what you can make them do. I have only one advice, read, read and read a bit more. And if ... we're here to help too Smile

Take the first step, get a new friend from the surplus and if... We're here 24/7 just drop a question, the only stupid ones we know are the un-asked ones, they get you into trouble Rolling Eyes

Welcome anyhow. What does it matter how many other scambaiters there are in your country? As far as I'm aware, I'm the only one in my country, too (okay, so it's a very small country, but still). This board crosses countries and other divides. Everything you need to become a good scambaiter is here.

Frequently we don't know what countries people here are from anyway. As long as it doesn't cost you having bits of your body chopped off, then post on and bait away.

I think you missed out on one of the basic principles of the internet. There are no teams on the internet. "Internet user" is basically synonymous with "loner." Wink
