I've uploaded various "trophies" from this bait in the Pictures forum and mentioned it a few times.
I thought that now it had grown so complex and out of control (almost!) I would publish the parts so far because to wait until it was finally over (whenever that may be) would mean the final transcript would be approaching the size of a small novel. In short, it'll probably be much easier for people to follow this way.

Be warned... it currently stands at about 135 pages (if printed on A4) covering just 7 weeks, is approx. 2.5MB in total, and contains a cast of characters some of whom have their own threads that break away from the others. If you get confused reading it, imagine what it's like trying to play it. Talking of which...

A huge thanks to craig007 for the help in portraying some of the characters and for tons of invaluable help, inspiration, and advice.
