What do we know about this organisation ? They want volunteers, but they want to know a lot about them?That turns me off I think. |

They want highly qualified volunteers. I can understand why they want background checks, but the reliance on 'education'? The requirements listed make it seem more like "unpaid employment"
Seen the website before somewheres.
I think they are legitimate. although (IMHO) they're probably not as effective as they could be |

They are for real that's sure, they are non-profit, but they have a huge staff of lawyers and old leo's and they don't work for free I think. The Lady that started it, Annie McGuire, wanted to get rich fast and was a former victim. So I'm begining to think that she has found a better way to make lots of money fast. I think I pass. |

We have had some dealing with Fraudaid. I think Annie was a member here for a while. I never got involved with them, but I think a few members have. They deal with past victims only. More of a support community. You probably need to be stable enough to deal with distraught people and some background in social services. |

The idea was that I would analyze and file scam letters? With my English, that would be fun, I know most of the words, but sometimes I don't get the real meaning of the sentence. 
They have a huge database that they don�t really share, that�s where my cooperation stops and I can never become a victim as I have no money at all.  |
