He's either very lazy and stupid, or trying to be clever, and thinks he can identify all baiter identities before launching his true scam. It's probably the former as alternative 2 is not going to work. I can pull 10 new web mail providers into the action in an hour or so, and probably twice as many new characters.

I only say that in case he's reading this Thumbs up

If he's dumb and stupid - he's wasted his time, effort and money. and we like that.
