I nearly crashed into this guy to get close enough for the pic.

Looks like a British plate but the photo was taken in the rainbow nation at the Southern tip of Africa.

I saw one only today on the way to visit the in-law's. Not so apposite though:

(The 1 and the 3 were close enough together to look like a "B")
Obviously a cherished numberplate since it has to be over 40 years old.
