Hi everyone! I just wanted to say THANK you to my mentor (you know who you are  ) and Mentors everywhere. It's a tremendous help for us noobies.
While I'm on the subject, there are thanks due to a lot of people here who are helpful, clever, and I've noticed: pretty nice to the noobies asking the same questions over and over again even though they are answered in the stickies and announcements! 
So, to the mods, "elder" baiters, and Mentors. . .
