My local "classic rock" radio station played that "Jesus Take The Wheel" song from one of the AI winners yesterday as a joke. That is pretty cheesy. I couldn't help thinking that, rather than taking your hands off the wheel, Jesus might prefer that you steered into the skid. |

Yup, very true. The entire album where this shit came from is simply atrocious. Even worse, from the same album - I still remember that one because it was so incredibly horrible - "Reason to Live".

Rod Stewart also came up with some really, really ugly stuff... In particular in the eighties. Now the eighties (quite deservedly so) have quite a reputation for horrendous music - but the albums this guy released in the mid eighties are hard to beat...
