(Not 100% sure it's not a hoax, but it certainly looked real enough when I just saw it on C4 (NZ)

Tthe guy should be whipped with the snake and I'd be the one to gladly do it. Evil or Very Mad Sounds like the M - Jackson or Steve Irwin thing.
