Yeah, my 16 year old daughter took it. She is studying art and photography at school.
Clever eh?
(She also hosted it for me because she calls me a noob.)

Oi thanks! Heh, this is Kelsi (Bella's daughter) as mum is cleaning after dinner. Photo enhancements as in with Photoshop and such? 'Cause I've been using that program for a few years now; what I usually use with photos to lighten them and such. Didn't with these ones as I'm yet to install photoshop on this computer ^.~

Anyway, mum is making me reply (I was originally told to edit her last post, but since there's a reply..) to post this photo as well. about three seconds after the other one was taken =P

@spot Love the Scotland essay from reprob8. He could certainly teach Kelsi something, but preferably not anything that may get her bad grades. Wink

As for the noob mum comment. I have to keep asking either her or my son to tell me 'again' how to host pictures. They get their kicks out of teasing me, I guess.

OK - if the theme is Australian night skies - this is a pretty good pic (not taken by me but totally what we saw, in total awe) in January while taking a trip down the mighty Murray River. We had no clue about McNaught's Comet until this....... I can honestly say it was one of those milestone moments I will remember for the rest of my life and I'm so glad the kids saw it too. It won't be back for another 100,000 years apparently.

Wow, Gnasher that is amazing.
I remember a few years ago we had been told of a meteor rain, or something, show at night in Queensland, and I woke up with these lights flashing past the bedroom window. We all went out into the court and the sky was full of all these streaking lights. It was something I will remember.
I used to get up and watch the southern lights (aurora) when I was a kiddy and I have promised that one day I will get to see the northern lights.

I've never seen the Southern or Northern Lights, both of which I need to do before I die. My dear departed dad did his RAF pilot training in northern Canada and he told us about his long night flights with the Northern Lights filling the whole sky. He wasn't the romantic type at all, but even the memory used to bring tears to his eyes.
