Yeah, it's a typical advance fee scam.

Before you travel anywhere there will be multiple fees/taxes to take care of.

Alternatively, they may have you process checks for them which will of course all be counterfeit.

It was just laid out a little differently, like a "proper" html email should look, I guess some of them are a little more advanced than others.

Worth baiting do you think?

Definitely worth baiting -- but you're going to have to do this one straight in all likelihood. Minimal trophy potential methinks.
