His Yahoo email address and a "whois" look-up on his ISP isn't going to give us much to work with.

Moreover, we're not law enforcement -- we don't "catch" or arrest scammers. If we do receive useful information, we are sure to pass it along, but again, what you've given us isn't going to do anything. We could get this information for every email scam ever sent and all it would do is amount to an impressive pile of paper.

What you have posted wouldn't lead anyone to your scammer.

I suggest that you hand your information to your local law enforcement authority in Ukraine and ask their expert opinion.
(or, alternatively consult a medium)
