Thanks for the prompt response to my proposal and your readiness to assist, Honestly speaking there is no how you can be given 50 percent as i am not alone in this transaction as i have some of my colleagues at central bank here who will assist when it is time for the transfer to take place You have to abide with the 30 percent please , This is the reason why it is not a risky transaction because it is a collective deal and i can assure you it is 100 percent risk free as all the relevant documents related to the transaction will be withdrawn after your account is duelly credited and cashed so that it will not be subject to trace.

I hereby attached the NEXT OF KIN CLAIM FORM which you have to fill and send it back to the e-mail of the bank on the form .

Speed baiting is fun. Lottery lads are the best for it in my opinion, I had one demanding that "I do not tell him his job!" after about half an hour Razz

wow, thats incredible...i'd laugh so hard if you got a whole deal done with your lad in only 3 hours...to the point he gets fed up and terminates everything. Then he gets a new reply from your other email to keep going lol

Lads seems to be very hard to negotiate with. Have tried to up my share once by just 5%. They wont do it. Maybe they don't know how to do the math, so their number wont add up. Laughing

Thanks for the quick reply to my mail, After i got your mail this morning , I sumoned a meeting of the parties concern with view of arriving at a conclusion about the demand from you to take 50% , At the end of our discussion we now agreed that we should raised your share to 40% reason was that there are three perons involved and for you to tkae 50% means that there is nothing left for three of us.

In view of the above reson, we advice you to please accept the 40% offer in the interest of fair play. Had it been that we can handle the transaction without involving an outsider we would have done that on our own . Please respond so that you can start to send your particulars of your bank to the bank for final payment approval after you must have filled the next of kin claim form.

Thank you for your reply. I have thought it over and I am willing to take this on for 45%..When you agree send me a signed memorandum of understanding for me to sign. This agreement should spell out the terms and conditions of the enterprise and it should indicate that my percentage will be 45%.

I was surprised to get another 'memorandum of understanding' from a 2nd bait because I never heard of it before, so I was wondering if I was inadvertently baiting the same lad twice. A quick search on here showed me otherwise haha!

So, is this memorandum of understanding a lad thing, or do they really exist in real business practice?

They're real. It's basically a way of getting something in writing without it being a full blown contract. Basically "This is what our verbal agreement is, just so there's no confusion later". Sometimes you do that prior to a real contract, just so there's no confusion later even if things aren't quite formalized yet.

A letter of intent is basically the same deal.
