As part of one of my baits, I am currently in buisness with a couple of incredibly incapable lads posing as BARCLAYS INTERNATIONAL BANK OF NIGERIA [sic]. They sent me an phoney excuse for a form to fill out.
I'm fairly new and trying to see how these scams are operated. So instead of contemplating the lack of a RSOT or something, I decided to promptly fill out the form, using Paint and about four glasses Grants Family Reserve.

Neat touch with the form!
I'm more of a Glenfiddich/Jura man myself....

That is something you ask the Lad
Get him to explain it, how it works and so on - you've never heard of it before have you?
Then when he has explained everything to your satisfaction you send him "our own" WU security forms for him to complete

I still consider myself very new too and you will always learn something new here. There is an area where you can sign up for a mentor who will help you any time you ask. I haven't needed one yet but think I will Fairly soon.
They have some great Western Union stuff in here. What I did was go to mail.com and picked a nice email addy [email protected]. When the lads start asking for Western Union (that's how you send them money) I fill every thing out except the MTCN (that's the number they need in order to get their money)
I leave that part blank and email them that it's being sent to them by wu secure. I then upload a bunch of the WU questionares and all the other WU stuff floating around here and tell them that these measures are to prevent fraud and funding to terrorists and if they don't fill everything out by hand and fax it back the MTCN will not be given to them.
I just sent my first last night and boy oh boy was my lad pissed!
Now we get to fight over where the money is and lots of other great stuff. AND of course I will be hopeing to get a few nice trophies too |

"What is Western Onion" is the next stage of the bait. I think I have a general idea of what it is. No problem in getting the lads to explain it to me though.

Glendfidditch for me as well! I have a bottle of Four Roses (warm evenings) and JW Black (Good book & jazz & cigarettes) stationary as well. Thanks for the advice.

Nice approach to WU you got. Ill see if I can grab one of those addies as well. Go sign up fir a mentor if you haven't. I have one and I found them to be really helpful! |
