How about a call centre number for lads to phone when they need help.

I�ve just set up a call centre number using K7 which will keep the lads on hold waiting for an operator to become available. If you think this is worth including on the site, the phone number is .

Hi all,...

The website is now on a dedicated domain. If you want to know what it is you will have 2 pm me coz if I spread it all over 419eater Lads are gonna find it.

It now asks for the lad to fill out a questionnaire before allowing them to track their consigment with your fake tracking number. The questionnaire is only short at the moment, but get some decent questions in and they will all be included. The longer the questionairre the more pis*ed off the Lad is likely to get. It currently makes the Lad fill the questionnaire in if they are missing a specific cookie. This cookie lasts exactly 29 hours. After that the lad is gonna have 2 do it all again Wink

Also, the results from the questionnaire are mailed to me, so the dafter the questions, the funnier the answers will be!!! I will post some of the better ones for people to have a giggle at!

Going to add a spoof "send a package" side of things soon, but if you want to see it up and running let me know and I will get you a username and password for the backend.

As always, any suggestions for improvement and or enhancement will be greatly appreciated.

I tried it and it looks promising. I entered "a" as a answer to all questions.

Anyway, when I create the "package" it doesn't ask for the value. It does so when I edit it. And when I track the package like a lad would, it doesn't show the receiver's name and the value of the package. I'd like it if my lad can see his name and the value of the arriving goods.

I have just uploaded an update to the site.

When you create a fake parcel, it now sends the Lad an email (if you provide his email address) and also BCC's your email into the mail.

I also noticed that the tracking number wasn't getting displayed when you where setting up a parcel, sorry I cocked up. It should now display the code to you for editting purposes later on.

The code is also in the email sent to you and your lad if you enter your email address.

Gonna work on a few more things... Luckey, can you resend your about us page please, I think I have deleted it by accident (sorry)

I have now added a spoof email sender to the site on the baiters section

*PLEASE* don't use it too much. It will probably get me banned! Wink

The email sender allows you to send a mail from any person on any domain, such as sending a mail from T0ny B1air you would put

from email: [email protected]
from: t@ny b1air

you can also send it to multiple people by inserting a , between each person you want to receive the mail.

Again, if anyone has any other ideas they would like to see put into action, let me know... i got a feeling this site is more or less ready to test on a few lads, so if anyone manages to successfully confuse a scammer with it, let us know also so we can laugh and point at them Wink

How about adding some jobs that lads might want to apply for?

Local country agent
Delivery agent
Certified cash delivery specialist
Senior certified cash delivery specialist (only for amounts over $100,000)
Senior airport facilities manager

There would have to be some way of making sure that only lads waste their time applying, though.

Also, some of the questions are a bit 'iffy' but I am going to randomize them and mix them in with lots of proper (my english is crap too) sounding questions, thanks to an idea (and lots of questions) from MikeHawk.

Hopefully, this will get done tonight as it is my last chance until monday as I will probably be too drunk to talk let alone type over the weekend Wink

Any last minute changes you need, get 'em in and I will endeavour to do them tonight.

Just "sent" my first package to an old lad friend.

Here's a quick tip, since the current domain looks a little fishy, use a text link to make it look better.

In gmail for example, type: highlight the text and press the link button, and then paste in the actual url.

I will add an email when you lad looks at your tracking number. I currently get emails when they fill in the registration details. I did around 2000 lines of code for this last night (created a send a parcel script which is slow, awkward and annoying,... just how I wanted it) but unfortunately the person supplying my wireless connection in my guest house turned it off so I will have to upload this and a few other changes about 1800 GMT tonight when I finally get back home. I will let you know when the changes are available.

I have made a few bug fixes. The country when you create the parcel does not reset itself anymore for both originator and receipient.

I have adjusted the database field properties so the status code and reason now fully displays. You can write a short essay in there if you want to baffle them with more crap.

Further more I am working on a script that will dump all details about the person who checks the package that the server has on them. This will be available later and i will give an example so people know what to look for. This will only work if people put in an email address when you create the parcel!

The following is a list of stuff you get from your Mugu when he checks his package with the tracking number:

SERVER VALUES

Remote IP Address : 86.xx.xx.xxx
Remote Host : spc1-xxxx-x-x-xxx.cosh.broadband.ntl.com
Remote Port : 1772

This should be enough for you to identify exactly what country they are in and where abouts in that country. As you can see i'm currently with virgin (or ntl)

It's excellent Zombie.

In the delivery status options you could add :
Awaiting collection at quayside, Awaiting collection at airport, Redirected to:... Stuff like that.

This will add a safari element to this tool. Very Happy
