This is a great forum, and i have gained a lot from the information from this site. It has tought me a lot about how negotiation works, and i am sure that these skills can be used legally outside scam baiting.
EDIT: Deleted, i saw the forum rule on another part of this forum.

Hmmm. I can see a few moral sticking points here. The money these guys would send has probably been scammed from some unlucky punter. There was a case a little while ago where a baiter DID get money out of the lad... He donated it to charity. |

Yes of course, money obtained through 419 scambaiting should always be given to charity, there is no doubt the money was ever legally earned by the scammer.
But obtaining money from a scammer is always amusing, its supposed to work the other way.
I dont intend on getting money out of scammers, to me, i am inexperienced and it does appear dangerous. If i am to waste any resourses of scammers, it would be wasting their time, i love the way Shiver Metimbers got a scammer to hand write the Harry Potter book. It would be funny to get the scammers to do something useful like that. |

From reading other posts and stickies, I don't think they allow cash baiting here (even talk of it) due to legal reasons. You could get in trouble for essentially being a scammer if you got money out of them, whereas there is nothing wrong with wasting their time. |
