Quiznos vs. Subway

I saw someone claim in an old thread that once you've had Quiznos, you're never going back to Subway. Well, I think they are wrong! I still like Subway. Not every sub needs to be toasted, and Subway now gives you the chance to decide whether or not you want it toasted.

I used to work at Quizno's! I still love their subs, plus I saw how they were made, and it didn't gross me out, not yet anyways.

Subway's ok though. If I had a choice though, it would probably be Quizno's.

Never had Quiznos. Tried Togo's however, and was unimpressed. Used to really like Subway, but kind of burned out on it now.
Does anyone remember Little King?

The wife is a Togo's addict! I like Quizno's. The best is Yellow Sub in Tahoe! #6! with avacado!

I've never seen a Quiznos in England. But we do have Subway. Cheese, Roast Beef and Mushroom- Heaven!

At Subway I love the turkey, bacon, lettuce sub on white bread with southwestern sauce.

When I do eat at Quiznos (which is rare, considering the one that opened up near us closed within three months) I like the Honey Bacon club with no red onion.

Not sure if this applies to Quiznos, but (some?)Subways does not appear to have an old food throw away policy. If you order the wrong stuff that has been sitting there for hours(days?), you could end up with explosive diarrhea or worse.

Quiznos is better then Subway overall. Subway ends up tasting the same to me.

My favourite is meatballs. I became hooked on them in New York. I was driving an ex in law around. There is such a choice of eateries to stop at for quick food [irony]. I tried the different subs at Quizno's, so I have an idea of what to expect. I quit in late 2005, but I have a general idea of what is what. For subway, the only good thing about them is the bread, in my opinion

I've worked for quiznos and subway, so I know what I'm talking about. Worked for subway longer and I like them over quiznos...and I should tell you, Quiznos uses more old bread then subway...although they do both keep a little bread overnight, so don't go in early morning. Quiznos doesn't appeal to me, their ingredients aren't what I like, and I think most subs are better untoasted...subways bread can be real good, but they tend to taste too similar..although they are healthier. I'd walk past quiznos to go for a subway almost anyday

@hugh_ben, do they keep the veggies and meats overnight? Would you eat the tuna or fake crab meat subway early morning?
