Oh dear, I'm so screwed for taking this guy's money. Strangely, my baiter name is listed as the plaintiff for this case. Are things different in China? Why are they using United States dollars? Things just don't make sense. Twisted Evil

The Plaintiff (Mr baiter name) has a right to an attorney as the case persist as he is to appear before a High Court.

1. Defrauding WANLIDA TEXTILE COMPANY CHINA of $17,456 USD.
2. Obstructing and bridging of contract between WANLIDA TEXTILE COMPANY CHINA and you (Mr xx xx).
3. You are also charged for supporting and abating fraudulent activities with unknown individuals who happen to be Nigerians .

The Chinese Court system was only reorganized 20 years ago, so it is still relatively in its infancy. They'll figure everything out in time. Like spelling the word government.

I think if you hire a smart lawyer he'll get the case heard in a California Court - so I smell a safari, and of course your lawyer is entitled to view all the prosecution evidence before trial, or it will be judged inadmissable. Let's hope he has a robust scanner and a lot of time to prepare the documents - two days perhaps.

The Court will require Chinese and English translations, and also Spanish don't forget.

Summons not legal. You must be served with a certified hard copy of summons and served in person by legal process server. Email or internet summons not legal. Very Happy

Have your law firm, Dewey, Cheatham and Howe (sorry, old joke) answer the summons on your behalf. Be sure to include lots of latin sounding phrases. And as was said above, make sure they send ALL the forms and documents required by the USA courts, especially the Statement of "Ego prodigiosus balatro"
