Need some help here. One of my abuse accounts (a gmail one) is litterally getting hundreds of e-mails bounced to it on behalf of the lotto lads. If anyone has any ideas, PM me. I hate to lose it because of the name I actually got for that addy UB himself.

The mass mailings are going under the name [email protected]
I am keeping track of the reply addies for later use. It is more than just lottos, dying cancer patient modalities are now going out.

@Devguy,
I had the same thing happen. I just blocked the account they were spamming from.
Check the headers, mine was originally from some lotto lad. (The reply to addy when it bounced)
He gets special abuse from me now.
EDIT: He's probably cc'ing your account all the crap he's sending, so the block addy on your e-mail should work.
Mine turned out to be an innocent victims e-mail he had hijacked. |

Thanks. It seems to have worked. This lad is now my pet project. One blessing was about 5 people actually replied to the lotto e-mail and I got the replies in my account. So, I gave them a lecture on mugus and 419 fraud. Maybe that was the silver lining.
