Hello fellow baiters. My first week of baiting was exhilarating. In fact, I've already managed to graduate from the mentor program by sending two lads for money that I didn't send! One went to the Western Union and the other went to the MoneyGram.

But in my overzealousness of being a noob, I've managed to start 7 ongoing baits. I'm having trouble managing all the lads and a few are more promising than others.

So, I'm looking to pass off 4 of these baits to my lawyer, parole officer, boss, girlfriend whatever you want to be. I'm a traveling salesman so a long-trip to wherever is the perfect MO for the pass. Most of these are at the point where they are starting to ask for fees so its a perfect opportunity to go off script fast.

Here's a list of the fabulous baits that I have available:

1). Dr. Mrs. L1nd4 Adj0v1
Paying out all outstanding Nigerian government debts owed by banks. Dr. Mrs. has already been to the MoneyGram on Friday and is eagerly awaiting another shot at getting "her" money.

2) 1brah1m B3L3m and his Barrister
The African Dev. Bank has $15 million unclaimed and 40% is going to me!!! A wonderful document has just arrived in my inbox and I am advised to send the procurement fees immediately.

3) 1gn4at1us 0nw4 and Cl3m3nt 46U6U
18 hours ago: "Now before i commence action i would want you to send the Chambers consultation fee of Euro 650.00 via western union to my chambers secretary: Pxxxxxx. You will be infomed accordingly of the proceedings." BINGO!

4) 3mmanxxx
He's already filled out a three page Western Union form. All he's waiting for is the forms to be approved by Western Union. Big problem, the forms weren't filled out by hand! What happens next? You decide!

Anyway, if you're interested in taking over any of these baits, please PM me so that we can get a modality going for a successful pass off. PM me with anything pertaining to this bait. All must go NOW!

Handling seven baits yourself is do-able! You just have to learn the art of slowing the bait down. Learn to ignore 3-4 of the lads for several days at a time. Learn to give them assignments that will take several days to complete. (I.E. a safari). Learn to tell your desparate, whining, begging lad "I can't help you today. I am very busy with _____ (insert some stupid excuse here) and I will get back to you on Thursday". Then, of course, fail to get back to him on Thursday!

If you feel that you are in over your head, it would not be a bad idea to kill off some baits. Feel free to simply twig on them, stop responding. After a while the lads will quiet down on you and after a few weeks when the other baits may have ended, you can bring the old one back to live saying you were in hospital or something

@BRUIN I'm pretty sure I can handle it, but even with GMail labels it still gets confusing.

I just thought I'd offer them up to anyone looking for a new a bait where they could hit the ground running.

Plus, it might be fun to experience doing a bait with another person.

If you ignore some lads for one day you come back to a full inbox, I got one particularly cretinous one at the moment who expects me to check every minute to see if he has contacted me. If I don't reply in 30 mins he fires off another Email, he does not seem to realise some of us have to work for a living Rolling Eyes had to give him a quick slap today.

Come on suck it up, you can do it.

Learn to send the same messages to multiple lads. Even 8-9 that are around the same point in a similar type of scam can be sent something.

I like to change my signature line just about everyday. It takes a few key strokes to send something like "Why are you delaying this transaction? Time is slipping like sand out of your fingers." when its on the signature line.

Save the message in a draft file. That will become your baiter toolbox. The fun starts when you pull out multiple paragraphs on why wet tee-shirt photos must be taken and send them to lads/ladettes that have been strung along for months.

If all else fails, send them "OK".

Once you've eaten your vegetables, you can go back and deal with your tasty dishes.

If you can't handle the number of lads, don't just simply drop them, write them a mail that you have won millions in the lottery and don't need their money anymore. Than finish with a note that you're off to Florida in your new sports car. That'll piss them off.

I don't have many problems with a bunch of stright baits. It takes like 2 minutes for the more interesting replies, and maybe 30 seconds for the scripted crap.

How it works for me:
A (yahoo) catcher that I don't bother with much. Grab new ones from here, copypasta the reply text for my initial mails so I have the entire thing in my gmail.

My main gmail that gets almost NO mail besides the baits (currently anyhow). Send out new ones from here.

A text file with name/address/k7/bank/whatever info for FAST responding to info requests.

If I want multiple heads on my gmail, I use fanmail or yahoo.co.uk forwards, and gmail set to "auto-send as account received by".

For programs, I use firefox with gmailmanager for a couple secondary accounts, and Opera with tabs for gmail, a yahoo, my activemeter tracker, my fastmail page, etc. I use firefox to browse this forum and all my other stuff. Opera sorta borks on yahoo, but uses gmail fine.
