Hi,
Like a typical newby to the site I jumped on here full of ideas to play around with scammers, but after a few weeks of reading back through months
worth of posts, I see that you guys are dedicated to causing as much greif and pain to these low lifes as you can,its serious work with an added bonus of a few laughs.
Ive read the rules of the forum regarding baiting for cash, but what are the members/mods view to to the following...
Is it acceptable to bait for cash to get a lad to donate to a proven charity within their region?
They say they are trying to help disadavantged kids or some other organisation--well prove it lowlife- donate $50,using the medium you say is the best
way to transfer money-WU, show me the tracking no putting their scammed money back into the type of organisations they are
claiming to support, and then you can have our donation to support their cause,
Confirmed by contact with said organisation.
Ive personally seen the suffering children in Africa go through,so getting scammers to donate to the cause would be a little twist of the knife.
Fifty bucks will go a long way to supporting a child in Africa, most of you guys seem to be able to make lads spend more than that on safaries ect
It might even be a tax deduction for them
What are your thoughts? |

I think the mods will still consider this a form of cash baiting... I could be wrong.
But I don't see a problem with you telling them to send $50 to a charity before you will wire them the money, to show them trusting. |

The problem is that you have no control over where the money comes from, even if you could talk the scammer into agreeing to it. Your lad is likely to turn around to an actual victim and get them to make the payment, saddling a genuine charity with a fraudulent donation. |
