Don't they do thorough research before they introduce these things ?? .... ok, the new UK style passports have only been out for a short time, but when there is a kink in the armour a fraudster will find it ...or even a newspaper !!

I must point out at that my OP is not meant as Party Political.

Just made about the bureaucrats who are supposed to support and advise any Government. ....... don't go Political right now

No surprise at all. I never expected it to be secure. I wonder how many passports have to be scanned before that third file is cracked. When that happens the fraudsters can make new passports just as easily.
