It's a veeeeery long back-story, but needless to say it involves a Church, a Nun partially burned in an horrendous fire, and several other characters, and a lot of "activities".
This note is to , who controls the Church purse strings, and the Tracey mentioned is Super Sexy Tracey, who is a lapsed Nun that has gone into Lap Dancing but still keeps in touch with both the Church and the Lad.
Don't you just love it when they tell you that they have spent money ?
