Yes, it is a phishing scam and not baitable.
You can send that email to the abuse folks at Yahoo or just delete it.

I get about 5 a day like these in my baiting account. Some of them are quite clever, especially the Paypal and Ebay ones.
I always report them...dunno if that actually does any good, but it only takes a minute of my time.
By the way TSnerd : I notice you say that 'postcount doesn't matter', yet your count has has gone up from 6 to 7 !
