At a quick glance all the sites quoted look genuine and there is even a genuine African Union. I presume that they are relying on telephone contacts to accept whatever bogus payment instructions they hand out.

I'm still involved in one of the other charity scam baits and I'm not looking after my lads as I should so I'll leave this to anyone else who dislikes charity scammers.

Well the site is 404'd so i'm guessing someone has had them shut down. It's amazing the amount of charity scamms emerging. Perhaps people are too generous and the lads are playing on that.

I think the links are all genuine sites. It must have been when I tried to edit it to make it more compact I screwed up the links. After work I'll come back and re-edit them.

The African Union, that this scammer purports to represent, appears to be a real and genuine African organisation. He is scamming against an African organisation trying to help Africans. Baiting this guy can only help one people .

I wouldn't be at all surprised if these weren't the same scum that was doing the Sick Children (Noma) scam. The style is very similar.
