I'd say it's a template for an automated system. For some reason (possibly related to the IQ of the person trying to send it) it hasn't been processed. Basically the system would randomly select one of each of the words in the fields to generate semi-unique emails.
That's my guess, anyway. |

The template theory is interesting but not as interesting as the site it's asking you to go to.
All the hallmarks of a fake site ...... I suggest that the fake site experts have a look at it
