I know their grammar is still horrible but I'm seeing an improving trend... your thoughts?

Can you point out exactly what in that you see as disturbing?

I only ask since it is very much like a form I saw about 3 years ago when I first started.

Play along with his scam for a while and watch how his grammar gets worse and worse as he runs out of script and he has to start writting his own emails.
