This is a new Security Verification Code, with 40 questions. Twisted Evil

I would tell him you've lost faith in WU, as your friends tell you it is used by fraudstars, and get him onto Moneygram. The lazy lad will have to get off his arse to check the payment.

I always send him a 7 or 9 digit number to start with and then take it from there.
