MySpace will not remove a account that I did not create

I have sent six messages to Myspace and advised them that I did not create this account and that it I need it removed immediately. I sent them that stupid ass salute with my picture and myspace Id it's been two weeks the account has not been removed. here is the site link removed- contains RL information- TS
If anyone can help me with this I would greatly appreciate it
all I get back from those assholes is the same auto response and Im getting nowhere here is what they send every time.

If you wish to terminate your MySpace Account, start by clicking on "Home" in the top navigation menu from any MySpace web page. Once on your personal home page, click on "Account Settings," appearing in the upper left portion of the page, next to your picture. Click on the "Cancel Account" link. If you don�t remember the password or it has been changed, please send us a salute as verification and we can remove the account.To send a salute, please do the following:
Create a hand written sign that says MySpace.com and your friend ID. Your friend ID is the number between ID= and &mytoken in your profile's URL.Get an image, or digital picture of yourself with this hand written sign.
This is image is a salute. Next, reply to this e-mail with the salute as an e-mail attachment, or as an e-mail link to where it is uploaded.

yea myspace wont let me delete my account either. but its for a different reason and i actually made this one. its because i gave them a fake email address. @netscape.com, which doesn't exist. so when they send me email confrimations for changing my email or deleting my account. i cant respond. wonderful huh?

Myspace exists because it does. This is the internet and people like the idea of having their own special place on the net they can share with their friends. You and I don't use it, but other people do.
