The lads seem to be getting even more blinkered.
I just had a phone call from a lad, I was trying to be conversational and nice and polite....for now 
The call went something like...
"Hello, can you send the money..."
"No problem, whats the weather like there?"
"Yes, yes, send the money via Western Union."
"Ok, where are you in Africa?"
"Eh, yes...do all you can to send the money today."
"Ok, what did you say you did for a living?"
"yes, yes, no, no, yes, send the money as soon as possible"
etc etc.
