My boss copied that exact article for me knowing full well what my "hobby" entails. Being fairly close to Chicago myself, at least once a week you read about someone being charged for cashing bogus checks.

Being in the media, I read all the excuses given to LEO. Most of which claim it was their "job" to cash the checks, it was their "employers"(lads) fault etc... it is sad....
