Being in England, not too big on the Superbowl. But I shall put my faith in whatever team Lisa Simpson picks.
(Usless trivia alert) Apparantly, the Simpsons episode where Homer gets Lisa to make predictions on American Football games because shes always right is repeated every year before the Superbowl, but with the teams in it that year dubbed over in the dialogue, and the one Lisa Simpson picks has always won. Which is of constant stress to the makers of the show, who continually bet the predictions.

. I don't really care who wins since neither is my favorite, but i'm still going with the colts because where i'm from.. Everyone hates the bears.

I have split my stakes and had 2 small bets on winning margins:

Indianapolis to win by 7-12 @ 4.50

Chicago to win by 13-18 @ 15.00

When Indianapolis win it's usually in that range, when Chicago let loose, then can knock up the points and I fancy them to do that tonight, I remember when Chicago won it years ago when the "refrigerator" was playing for them, big lump wasn't he Shocked

it's about time the Bears did it again.

^^^^^ Hey ya git, I win loads of individual football (soccer) bets, when I lose it's with fun accumulator bets, like in the world cup for example, remember I had that 10 bet accumulator on half time and full time results, I got 9 out of 10 correct, only Sweden let me down Evil or Very Mad

@SP.. Your bet is for Chicago to win? I don't know if you get any american football where you're at but our team won against the bears on the very last game of the season*

The bears are good, yes, but the colts have a great quarterback and have went nearly undefeated last season**.

*note: This does not mean the playoffs.

** Colts lost in the playoffs last year.. I think they were 14-2 last season.

@ Radden, not straight win, but for the Bears to win by a certain amount of points, and also for the Colts to win by a certain amonnt of points, It's only small fun bets, Indianapolis to win by 7-12 points and Chicago to win by 13-18 points.

I am not a huge American football fan, but we do get it on tv here, along with basketball and ice hockey, I had a little look at the season stats earlier, Colts tend to have a lot of close scoring games with not many points in it when they win, Bears tend to win by quite a few points when they are on form and win, when their defence is hot it's pretty hot, at other times not so hot. Colts have Peyton Manning for the Bears to cope with tonight, and from what I have read, he was not great towards the end of the season, if the Bears can smash him into the ground, as I'm hoping they can, then it could be the Bears night, I only have a small window of points for each of my bets, so it's not easy to get it right with winning margins, these are just fun bets while watching the game.

Since my beloved Steelers aren't playing, I really don't care who wins as long as it's a good, close game. I'm leaning towards the Bears since I live in Chicago. Tomorrow, like the last 20 years or so, I will be taking the day off of work to mourn the end of the NFL season. I hate the offseason, thank God I have the lads to occupy my time till training camp starts again.

Voted "who cares" because, frankly, I could care less. Don't watch the crap and never will and this pretty much goes for all sports. Seeing these people(sports ENTERTAINERS) makes millions of dollars while real working people of the world make squat is enough to make ya sick.

Waaaaaaay too much hype. I enjoy watching sports, not hyper, hyper.

In its present form, the Super Bowl is on a good level for trailer park trashies who need a highlight to distract them from the reality of their sorry existence.

Panem et circensis, not much else.

As I said, I prefer to watch sports. I'd take a good high school game over the Super Bowl any day.
