i`ve found a crazy little GIF that i want to use as an avatar for a while, problem is it`s 51kb and i have not got a clue how to shrink it, i tried to compress it with MS Picture Manager but no luck,

thanks, but that seems to turn it into a jpeg Confused i had a quick look around and found GIF cruncher, but it destroys the quality of the image, feck it, i`ll keep looking. Thanks SP
