No, he means tithes. As in, he pays 10% of it to his church!!!!

He thinks that I am going to help him out with his scamming. So, I am definitely doing that. Twisted Evil

What other money transfer places are there?
What is the worst thing about scamming?
What is the average age of a scammer?
How much money before they "retire"?
What type of scam is the most successful?
Is there anything they wouldn't do to scam someone?
What status symbols do they buy with the money they make?
What did their parents do for a living?
What country has the victims who pay the most money?
How much do they have to pay for fake papers etc and from who/how do they get them?

Sadly that seems to be a common misconception in many poorer countries. Even if they knew that it was incorrect it wouldn't stop them though.

Well done! That's probably the most interesting stuff I've seen here.

I especially like "you dont drop any potential victim because he may rise up one day to start paying again when he has money".

If you are still asking him questions, try to find out about demographics (ie age, education, family life of typical scammers, etc), if they become involved in other crimes besides scamming, and if they have any opportunities to make money legally.

Funny how he insists that he is not the one scamming, when a few questions later he tells you that he is. Sounds like a respectable citizen to me Rolling Eyes

I thought his answers were quite evasive, espcially in the first part. Could you ask him to name all the different scams and get a nice definition for them?

Nice work jojo. Maybe you can get him to give you the name of the scammer street and have him snap a few pictures of the scammers doing their work along scammer street.

Maybe this will turn into a mugu bloodbath when other lads think your lad is trying to steal their maga info.

Good stuff JoJo. There was a lot of bull in amongst that lot but you seem to be gaining his trust. Maybe he will open up more and be more honest with you in time.

It really is fascinating getting into the mindset of the scammers.

There are recorded cases of ministers using their entire congregation to gather funds for their brothers and sisters abroad. The scammers will use pictures of sick and dying children and keep in close contact with the ministers. These real churches are a gold mine for lads. They use all sorts of tricks to convince the parishioners that all those hundreds of thousands of dollars are going to providing food and shelter for the starving orphans.

Instead that money goes to BMW X5 and 3 storey apartments... Stories like this really get my blood boiling.
