Nice post

That is the first I've heard of scammers sending money back to their victims.

Sadly it must mean that they are doing rather well in raking in the money. If I was dirt poor, hungry, etc.. I know that I wouldn't be giving money away for any reason.

Might have been a newbie, small time operator, not covering tracks.

A few of the small time operators caught in Y-O do some sort of plea bargain and repay some money instead of prison time.
