Hey pwwbear, I was just browsing his answers and was wondering if you noticed this:

It looks like he's got prepared answers to all the possible questions and is copy-pasting them as appropriate. If the answer is the same twice in a row he either adds/removes a period or changes a single word ("it" to "this", etc). Checking the timestamps he's about 30 seconds between questions.

Efficient little mugu... he's working smarter, not harder.

Any votes on what'll happen when he finally reaches (and misses) the MTCN? Will he give up? Get angry? Call the support number? Start again from zero? We should have a poll for this. Smile

Less than 1000 questions to go until he improves the record (5038 answered now) and he should reach 6500 by noon (GMT).

@asiaguy: I don't think nanotechnology has gotten far enough yet for such a scan to be possible. Wink

@pwwbear: If you eventually decide to burn him - try to do it without letting him know that isn't real. Maybe you can make up some excuse how you managed to get the payment to show up in the system and that he would've gotten $ 1 if he had answered the questions correctly.

Edit: Or if you indeed decide to burn him - why not say that $ 500 000 is just pocket change to you and you put such a payment in the system just to mess with him since you knew that he was too stupid to get it anyway?

But since less than 1000 questions remain until he fails to get the MTCN we should finally get a reaction from him today.

What is wrong with this mugu? He gave up after 5714 questions and started over and has answered 360 questions in the new session so far.

Aww DAMN... I thought for sure he'd make it that time.

@pwwbear, here's an idea if you're bored... Maybe have "1TV5 support" tell him there's a problem with the workstation he's been using. They've noticed the large amount of activity and have determined he keeps getting more and more questions because his machine isn't capable of handling their cookies properly, make up some computer crap like that. Then tell him about some cafe in another city (country?) that is equipped to handle it properly. I bet you could get a great safari out of this guy!

I don't know... maybe he runs out of time and has to get more hours? Power goes out and has to start again? Has to take time to write a sermon for church? Realizes he made a mistake and starts all over?
Or is just a glutton for punishment.

He hasn't contacted yet. I wish he would get it, because I have been thinking of ways to have him have fun. she will give him a shout to find out what the hold up is. I think I have a way of moving this along... Twisted Evil

Hopefully he'll be persistent enough to reach 6500 this time - at his current pace that would be on Sunday morning. There are plenty of things you can do with this mugu but I definitely think that after all this he deserves one opportunity to fail to get the MTCN - the code could be disabled then so that you can give him another hoop to jump through.

You can make positive he fails to get a MTCN?? I have tried the demo and you would have to be quick to get the numbers, but NOT to get one period would be Twisted Evil

Did you try the demo recently? It's harder on the new site than it was on the old one.

But anyway, think about it - he might get some number (possibly exactly what my fingers happened to hit running amok on the keyboard) but there's no way he'll be 100 % risky-free sure that he got it right and I actually do know for sure that - one way or another - he'll find out that whatever he managed to note was wrong.

I just tried out the 5 question demo. That is hilarious... I dont think Ive seen that many damned pop-up boxes...well, ever. Great work! I'll definitely have to use this eventually.
