Well... freelotto.com is legal. I don't know that I would call them "legitimate". Actually, what I would prefer to call them is not at all fit for polite company. It might not even be fit for rude company, frankly.
Do a little Googling on them. About the nicest thing I can say about them is that they're spammers. I consider their marketing tactics for their subscription service to be on a rough par with lads as far as "truth in advertising" goes. |

freelotto are to be avoided like the plague. Spam is the word. They must have 1000's of offers which they send out and as fast as you unsubscribe from one you get 10 more. Block them. I know of cases where periodic payments are not stopped when requested and money is repeatedly taken from bank accounts. Yes. Google says it all. I know this from experience. I played free for 30 days and still have spam in the junk box.
