I am new to fake website killing so I might be wrong with this info but a tracert of the url goes to this IP 64.136.24.165.
A whois on this IP gives Juno Online Services. This is part of United Online. The abuse email address for Juno is [email protected].
A google of gq.nu takes you to http://signup.gq.nu/cgi-bin/path/signup which is part of http://www.freeservers.com/ also a United Online company. Abuse can be reported here http://members.freeservers.com/cgi-bin/feedback?option=report_a_violation
