He has just logged in again but not done anything this time.

About this session (and the breaks he seems to have taken):
- he gave up at 62.6 % (4067 / 6500 questions)
- the average time between answers was precisely one minute
- 3030 of the answers were given with less than one minute intervals
- 4051 with less than 15 minute intervals
- in total he took 13 breaks that exceeded 15 minutes
- 8 breaks exceeded 30 minutes
- only one break exceeded one hour - that break was almost two hours (that was the one he took after 33+ hours)
- he took his first break exceeding 15 minutes after two and a half hours
- the first break exceeding 30 minutes was after seven and a half hours - that break lasted almost an hour and was his second break
- the total time spent answering if we don't take into account breaks exceeding 15 minutes is almost 59 hours
- 60 hours if we don't take into account breaks exceeding 30 minutes
- he managed to pick up the pace towards the end of the session

The system failed two save two answers but I doubt that any of that data would change much if they had been included - as a consequence, though, the HOF shows 4065 questions since it only shows how many were saved but the last question has number 4067.

So now we can speculate about what has been going on in a cafe somewhere in Ghana. We cannot really tell what the "right" answer to how much security verification he could withstand is since he took some breaks but he was very persistent indeed.

This is just incredible. He answered a total of 4051 questions??? I think it only fair that he be told that there were only nine more questions to answer before receiving the MTCN. At this point the "percent remaining" bar is probably only a vague memory for him.

He has logged in eight times after that marathon session - the first time was immediately after it and then he answered one question. During the following six he didn't answer any but now he has just logged in again and has answered 12 so far but that might mean that he has realized what he must do. Smile

I had a similar idea a while back for a fake gambling site. Give them a dollar and let them play. I'm sure it would be a great time waster but I was never sure about the legality issues.

I wonder what he's up to? He answered 29 questions and stopped and now he has just logged in again a few minutes ago but not answered any.

@pwwbear: Do you think customer care should ask him about his suspicious behaviour?

Edit: He's simply incredibly slow - I just noticed that he has answered 12 questions in 15 minutes in the latest session he started.

How about sending him into a panic, have customer care let him know that because of a time limit , say if he doesn't finish by a certain time/date the session will terminate and he will have to start all over again! That should get him moving. Twisted Evil

Simply astonishing. I never would have imagined greed could be that powerful a motivator. This guy's a real gem.

Okay, here's my suggestion for "enhancing" the tool: What about randomly popping up a message like, "Sorry, your answer was not satisfactory, please try again." Not a large part of the time, maybe just 5%. So he still makes progress, but every now and then he has to answer the same question twice, but can't figure out why.

Or would that damage the odds of ever breaking Scrooge's record? Maybe make it an optional feature.

How could anyone answer questions that long without going insane? Whenever I do the v3r1fys3c modality with my lads, they give up after five questions.
