I have recently been baiting the vlads quite a bit. While doing this I have had my address stolen or sold and have been recieving e-mails from girls claiming to have seen my details on a dating site, even though they aren't on one.
However I just recieved this...

^^ I started getting the same mails quite recently.....along with other Russian spam mail. I seem to get more each time a Vlad tells me off or stops communicating all together. It seems like they do what lads do and perhaps give your mail to other Vlad scammers to try and lure you in. |

Exactly Vann, same thing has happened to me as has happened to you and Paul. These miscreants obviously don't like being dumped or ignored for extensive periods of time so they, in my case, sign me up on other dating sites or put my contact details in newspapers over there. Or as you say Vann, pass my email addy around their scamming buds.
The poor dungbeetles must have nothing better to do I guess, oh well, I still have gabillions of email accounts left, lol. |

Just seemed a touch weird to claim that my e-mail address was in the newspaper, with no other information about me so they decided to respond to it. |

^^ as Pitty said...could be the same Vlad using different angles.
Also, could be a "test". If you are corresponding with a Vlad and they have a suspicion that you are playing them....they may be trying to find out if you're going to respond to other ladies to figure out wether to "dump" you or not. I have assumed a couple of times that Lads use this tactic as well to sift out the "jokers" from "vics". |
