It seems "N4t4li4" has an unusual header path. It looks like it starts in the US at a .mil IP, goes through Russia and back via google? Anyone care to explain this header analysis? Here are the IP addresses according to the header analysis tool:

And what is the best way to bait this person? It places messages in hundreds of forums per day...

Post up the headers. I'll bet that's a software number the site thinks is an IP address.
