Totally amazing! Since the adventure has shifted to sea, can this truly be called a "safari" any longer? What would be the sea equivlant?
I have a feeling soon you'll be sending lads on trans-continetal adventures. |

I personally vote for "odyssey". There is something epic about it. Now, if we could only make it last ten years, as in Homer. . .

just wondering, are you gonna burn this one at the end? I think his reaction would be priceless, especially if you could do it on webcam.
Or is another journey on the cards for this lad? Maybe you could track the trunk to some small island somewhere and have him scouring that. If possible make it an island inhabited by bears/cannibals/prehistoric reptiles |

May I suggest a pirate hat/head as a symbol for an odyssey, with the traditional pith helmet being retained as the symbol for a conventional safari.
Of course, this raises the question - - who will be the first baiter to earn the right to show a space suit ?

If a pith helmet represents a safari, I think a stylised Greek helmet should stand for an odyssey - with deference to the original source. |

"God is with us" says Okoma. Well, you'd better start praying mate because you're going to need Him on that rustbucket boat. I wonder if the captain's been paid in advance or if he's been promised a share of the loot? |

If he's talking about the GPS coordinates, then isn't this conflicting information?
Surely if there is a way for him to recieve the latest location at sea there is a way he can keep you informed as to the seriousness of his sea sickness. I don't think I can handle 4 days without an update. |

Not really too much of a conflict. I told him from the very beginning that I was only able to use Internet Phone. He has never been able to call me. I have tried calling him a couple of times but it goes right to voicemail.
On a side note, whenever I am doing one of these types of baits, I am also baiting him as some other, totally unrelated character. My other character can't seem to get a response from him either. |

Super wet adventure!
I sure hope the trunk doesn't go in circles, until the boat runs out of fuel...
And let's pray that the tracker batteries don't run out!

Hmmm, I have heard stories about our nuclear submarines getting stuff "accidentially" hooked on their periscope masts while on patrol (fishing nets, towing lines, etc.). It would be a real shame if such an incident happened. One could easily imagine where that trunk could possibly end up.........
