I will be asked by the bank to verify the genuiness of the said claim and recommend to them, what action they should take as regards payment.

(e). When the bank receives your banking information, they will release the money into your nominated account.

The above is a very concise explanation of the entire process of this business transaction. I rephrase this from our constitution. My late client lives at Plot 214 Adegun Road, Victoria Island Lagos Nigeria. he has three children which names are: Breeden 20, Natalie 16, Martins 10, his wife name is Shea. He told me he was born in Michigan and he was a catholic,Nobody knows about this in my firm as this is a guilded secret which I cannot disclose to anybody. They only know that he was my client and they have knowledge that he is dead. He was an oil merchant and contractor to my coutnry government.

The probate attorney gets the mail and inform the bank of your claim, then it will be open to the bank that a relative is coming for claim. So this is my advice, you should not relent as I told you the bank directors are corrupt and they have made it their duty to frustrate every move I make to get this money that is why they told their shareholders in the last meeting they held last month that by the end of this year and nobdoy comes for claim, they will give the funds to charitable organizations, but my insider in the bank told me that they have only made this known to their shareholders to avert their attention to this funds so by the end of this present fiscal year they will divert the funds to their personal account and share it amongst themselves. So this is a lifetime opportunity before us. before i will release the certificates the probate attorney is asking from you, i want you to give me the assurance that you will assist me financially in pay for the paperpwork and morally.

You are not paying the probate attorney until the funds are approved and transfered into your account. That is his professional fees. But the only money we are going to spend is the money for procuring the documents(Paperwork) stating your new next of kin status. This documents will be paid by us as immediately the probate attorney gets the death/deposit certificate, he will get to the various authorities to make verifications and authenticate the validity of these certificates and if they are valid, the probate registar will ask for documents to establish your claim and the bank will need prove of your claim which will amount to him procuring paperwork to determine your claim as legal as every country has it's own constitution and I am telling you from my country's own constitution. So we shall pay for these documents as they will enable the probate attorney gets the approval of the claim in your favour. These documents will be kept for future references if maybe somebody comes for claim in the nearest future, they will be shown to them that my client relative has been paid in full and these are the prove of the funds being transfered with all the legal documents provided by their legal counsel. Be it as it may, It will please you to know, that I have concluded my verification as regards your claim to an inheritance of $10,500,000,00. My investigation revealed, that there is indeed a deposited sum of the same mentioned amount with Equity Development Bank.

The amount has been deposited since the year 1997 by one Engr. Richard Burson Sexton. (now deceased). It will also please you to know that the amount in question, have yielded a lot of interest on the principal. As at last month, it has generated an interest of close to $1.2m. He said you will only pay him his charges immediately you confirm the money in your account under 48 hours.

I want you to see reason with me, as he is not asking for his charges before he starts the job, but we have to pay for the Inheritance claim which is done every where in the world. As I am a legal practitioner it will be right for us to make the payment immediately as I know within the next two banking days after payment the bank will approve the transfer and they will transfer the money.

I was surprise to hear from the mail he sent to you that my late client Engr. Richard Burson Sexton has a closing balance of $11.7 million. You can see he has made his findings and everything is in other, it is now left for us to make the mandated payment or lose this life time opportunity.

So this is what we must do as we have limited time:

As I made some enquiries from another probate lawyer who told me in confidence that we must get all the relevant and processing fees to the appropraite quarters and documentations stating your claim to the bank, and stating your Next of Kin status is made from the appropriate quarters.

This is my advice:

Do not send the money through your bank. Go to a western union agent like e.g.: Pharmaceutical shop, supermarket or shopping mall and make the payment in two different payment and two different western union agents in $2,000 and $1,500 and obtain your payment reciept which you will have the money control number (MTCN)in it.

This week has been hell! I have been running around everywhich-way trying to put together the $3,500 we need, but I have been unable. I am truly sorry. If only I had more time!
I am to be receiving a large donation from a charity organisation (the Tympanic Federal Protectorate, or TFP) , but they are really dragging their feet. I would have the money no problem if it wasn't for them and their ways!
I shall pray tonight that an angel comes down and frees me from this turmoil and grief. Is there still time if I were to get the money by Saturday or Monday morning?

I recieved your last e-mail, I am doing well.
I was unable to raise any solid amount of money. This just came up at the wrong time, if it were a month later, I would have had more than enough to pay for yours and my halfs together! But right now I am unable. The only money I have on hand is around $520 cash, but that money is slated to pay for the brain tumor pills for my sickened mother. Should I use that money to help this transaction go through? Should I send you the money and not buy the pills? I am unsure, please advise.

There is another matter I would like to speak to you about that you might be able to assist me with, which would surely solve mine (and our) money problem for good. The Charity I am to be recieving a cash amount from is dragging their feet in making good on their end. They are saying that I did not full meet my end of the deal.
You see, I was supposed to be working for them, helping them in treating Tympanic membrane's of people's in the third world. I was recently in Brazil treating the natives there, and when I returned, I was supposed to get $37,200 for my effort. Without these things, I do not get the money.
This is where you can help me. I pray to sweet Jesus that you can help. I need a letter saying that I was actually there, and I was doing good work for our lord jesus and the TFP respectively. This can come from any source, but it needs to be hand written, and sent from somewhere outside of the united states. Mr. Cole, you are the only person I know that is outside of the united states! That letter and a public relations picture is all I need to get my $37,200, and then I will be able to pay for my half, ($3500) and I can even send you some money back since you were so nice and put up some of your own money! How much did you spend, $4000, and $500 from your sweet wife? I can repay all of that, knowing that I will soon be in possession of a good half of the US11.5Million!

Thank you so much for getting back to me, it has been hectic around here lately. I wrote the Barrister, he seemed to understand that it will be Friday until I am able to send the funds. I am overjoyed that you are going to help me out with the letter and the picture! I see this as a turning point in my life, and you are the defining factor. God bless you Thomas Cole, and everything you do in this world.

Regarding the picture, alas, I do not have a picture for you to just sign, I was hoping you could take one for me? I already described the picture to the TFP, which puts me in an awkward position. I can describe the picture to you, and if you can replicate it, I can send it over to them, and they would be satisfied. God be willing and graceful.

I told them that I took a picture of the Village Chieftain, and 2 other villagers who's lives I saved, they are holding a sign that says:
"Thank you TFP, without your efforts, everyone in this picture would be dead from Tympanic Membrane Disease"
Any 3 people would work, and the sign does not have to be very big, just large enough to read, written on white paper with a black marker. I tried to use my computer and make a replication photo using the painting program, but they said it needs to be a real picture. Please let me know if you can help me with this.

Regarding calling you on the telephone, I told you before that I am unable to purchase an international calling card in my area, they only one I can find is $75US. If you really want me to call you, I can use some of the $550US and buy one, but that would only leave me with $475US. Is that acceptable?

This is my advice:

Do not send the money through your bank. Go to a western union agent like e.g.: Pharmaceutical shop, supermarket or shopping mall and make the payment.

Do everything possible to see that you make the transfer of $550 to him now. Scan the reciept and send a copy to me for comfirmation.

Sir,

Please, I am a professional, if I say I am going to do something, especially something this important to yours and my lives, I will do it! I am at work right now, and I get a break around 3:00pm EST, I will go to the western union office then, and only after I do this, I will go see my mother. Please don't get worked up, I know the amount of recourses you put in to getting this accomplished, and I won't let you down!

Also, in regards to the picture which I asked of you, are you able to take a digital picture for me? I sent your letter over to the TFP, and they were very happy with it. The only other thing I need is Photographic Proof that I was there in the village that I said I was going to be in. What I need is a picture of the "Chieftain of the Village" and 2-3 villagers holding up a sign that says:

"Thank you TFP, without your efforts, everyone in this picture would be dead from Tympanic Membrane Disease"

This is very important to me, without this photo, I will not be able to get the money I was promised. Please let me know if you can assist me, today if possible. If you can have this by today, instead of the $550US I can send the full amount $3500US, and you would be able to pay back your wife and in-laws! Good Morning!
I am doing well, there is no sudden silence. I do not have internet access during the weekends, so I am unable to contact you. I am sorry for this, but it cannot be helped. I was in the hospital all weekend with my mother. She has taken a turn for the worse, and might not live out the week. Please pray for her dear sir, pray like you have never prayed before! I know I am.

I have not made the payment to the probate attorney as of yet. I realize that I said I was going to, but I need some sort of knowledge that I will have money coming in when I send in my last $550. Which is why I need you to help me out with the picture for the TFP before I send in the last bit of money I have.

I am still awaiting your response, will you or won't you help me out with the photo I need to get my money from the TFP? This is the only thing I ask of you. I have already taken the money to the western union station, and I have sent the money, but it is currently on hold until I hear from you. I can just as well find someone else to help, and still get the $37,500 that is coming to me. All that would mean is we would both be out of 11.5 million! I know you don't want that, and I really know I wouldn't want that. Please, let me know asap, the western union will only hold the money for 3 business days, after that, it is returned to me.

Consider this as my collateral in this business deal, I need reassurance to ensure that I will not be taken for a ride here and wind up with nothing. Please let me know ASAP. If you are willing to help out, I can tell you EXACTLY what I need the picture to look like, it shouldn't be too much of a problem. With a heavy heart and soul, I must say, that if you will not do this small thing I ask of you, then maybe this business deal is not something I should undergo. I considered you a friend and business partner, but a friend first. I cannot say how much it meant to me that you were able to help me out with the letter, but if you are not able to go just one more step forward in assisting me, then maybe we are not as trusting of each other as I had thought.
I have done almost everything you have asked of me aside from sending the $550 to the barrister, and that is only because when I do, I won't know how long it will be until the 11.5 million from this deal will arrive, I simply won't send it until I know that I will have the money from the TFP coming in first. You must understand, this $550 is the last of the money I have right now. I don't think this is too much to ask.
If this is the end of our dealings, then let it be so. If you can help me out with the simple act of taking a picture for me, then please let me know ASAP. If not, then it has been a pleasure to know you, and god bless you. Good luck in finding another relative of Richard Sexton.

good responses, did you send them a scan of the western union? Sometimes if they smell money they might take the photo. Don't push too hard or they may not respond.

Hi..I thought it was great..You clearly bugged the hell out of him..I can just imagine him promising money from you to his superiors and nothing but delays agitating him immensely..I love all that..
A really funny element in this is the way he blatently states forget your dying mother and go send me loads of cash instead..That's just quality.. Laughing
