My computer said �you are unable to connect to the Internet and describe what you did before you got his message� Well I was about to tell Anjela that if she sent me some pictures of her and a Pig I would find her some.... money

From the moment I had seen a casually dressed ordinary girl with big eyes in one of the early photographs her request led me down a path that I thought I had heard about because I had exchanged emails with many eastern European girls that were not so bright. But how do these scams end, is it just with no more messages.
What had developed over forty emails from her and the same amount from me was 99% classic, ��she as a rounded individual to make you go along with the payment, as it turned out what happened was not what I expected. Ok there was a part of me that looked at flights to Heathrow nearer the time, but she, and I say �she� without hesitation here, informed me once sometimes twice a day as to how the plans were going. I worked at home because you don�t gamble $1000.00 without watching the race. This is what happened.
I went to Western Union paid at the desk went home emailed her the ten digit number waited for reply. In her reply there was a request that the christian name Angela should be spelt with a (z) as Anzhela I ok�d with Western Union on foot came back and sent her the email confirming. Now was that it? Was that the end?.... No there was a message from her that evening she was grateful for helping etc now must run and would email tomorrow.
Three days past and no message and I waited without sending.
If I had been emotionally involved I would have got back to her with �why don�t you reply� and maybe the next one would be� are you all right �and so on because if I thought she had deceived me I would have been bitter/angry and have written so�but what happened was her reply had to come in as "why didn�t you send any messages to me?"like i'm supposed to � the scam psychology here is interupted .I should have subconciously believed this might happen with the added help of " must run" then brought back from the dead after three days to realise I was guilty of mistrust etc....now I should be crawling back writing to explain myself to the point of apology primed and ready for scam (2)and after a brief rest-bite of things back to normal there will be a problem� you guessed it �integrities and safeties� which means to get on the plane with enough money to last the visit.$1200
This is why I think romance scams are one of the most obnoxious and mentally cruel they can mess you'r head up can rip you�re heart out and often leave the victim unable to trust humanity and I personally will make things very difficult for the perpetrators, when otherwise there might have been doubt, because they don�t stop at scam (2) it�s not in the script.

I don't think Western Union will change a receiver name by email. I'll admit that I've never had to do it, but the one time that I had to change a payout location, it had to be done over the phone.

I think he confirmed the name change with WU and sent the email to the scammer confirming? Confused

I'm more concerned/bothered/fascinated that money was actually sent to it?

Edited 2/5/06.... I am still in there though the lad has run out of pics and as you can imagine it's getting farsical.Questions like what did you spend the money on and why don't you send me a picture of yourself instead, were in the last phone conversation and I think this is going to be a problem for the lad but still it's left me in no doubt a scam is more than a few badly translated words and pictures.

50% man.I was'nt shure if it was a scam.When you see a button that says don't press what you want to do is press it.It was a gamble to find out where it went.This is not the sort of thing you should do but I did it and I wrote it up.I did this before I came here so I want to make that clear.

They have a script you know?like a list,some are obvious some are not to someone who has seen a few of these they are obvious,for a guy who has'nt they are not, you know that right?I knew that but the script is not to take a payment and that's it... the idea is to get you inside and out ..dependant..with your trust shattered and then to bring you up out of that with why did'nt you message me... restore your trust and hit you again when the time is right.Many baiters do not know this and I think they should it will be motivational if the baiter is thinking why am I doing this you know the baiter might have talked to the lad about i dunno anything 9/11 might have come up in the email conversation and the baiter thinks well this lad can't be all that bad, well they now know because i'v been there,where it goes and they are

Yep they have a script, we know that. They also have a lot of stolen pics and bad translators.
