I checked the IP number and the server in amsterdam seems to have alloted these numbers to Ivoiry Coast (afrinic.net). If you go here you can actually get a name and address but it's most likely not the actual scammer.
Abidjan is actually a beautiful place. Wish i new someone there I could visit.

I sent the pre-nup agreement. gmail only allows a 13mg attachment, so I sent it twice.
"she" replied very quickly. I also told her that I miss her terribly and she must write to me at least 3 times per day. Maybe i should bump that to 5.
She got a little slap for not faxing the form. If she faxes the thing she might get some money.
