Good way to tell is to have her (or any "girl") a picture of her in a tank top, arms out straight out to the sides, shoulder level, with palms facing the camera. Look at the elbows, if they are more or less straight, it's a guy, if they dip down, it's a girl. Smile

Hips, thighs and throat are also a dead giveaway.
