On another issue, I am sorry to say that my wife of 20 years

I must apologise for not getting back to you, but
unfortunately I have had some major problems since I last
spoke to you. My ex-wife (who I mentioned to you before) has
had a court injunction taken out against me, she intends to
sue me for half of my net worth. Unfortunately the
injunction means that all my personal assets have now been
frozen and I am unable to get the money to you.

I feel bad for having to let you down like this, just as it

I may have another solution. I work for a major company -

take out an interest-free loan of up to $80,000 USD from the

need to approve the loan, but I don't see this as being an

What I suggest is that you let me know how much more money
we will need in order to secure the total fund and I will
will deliver it personally to Nigeria in cash. It is better
that I do it this way as I want to avoid any paper-trails in
this deal. Do you think this would be a problem?

So, what I need from you is the following:
- How much cash do i need to bring? Is it just $2,400 or
shall I bring more? Remember I can get hold of up to

airport to fly to.

send me a detailed invoice of his initial charges which I
can then present to my company in order that they release

here in the UK no lawyer would dream of asking for money
without first providing a detailed invoice with a full
break-down of costs. The fact that Afolabi is refusing to
provide me with this invoice presents us with two problems:
firstly my company will not release the funds to me without

points then there will be no way that we will be able to

He told me this morning that he has sent a mail to you promising you that he will send it on Monday. I instructed him to add the 0.5% he suggested. I am sure that it will not be more than that amount. Personally wanted the remittance department of the bank to confirm to us. OFFICIALLY, the Vat FEE is 0.5% for every Catigory "A" contract payments.
The lawyer have accepted to do that for you but he confirmed that it is unconstitutional for him to add the 0.5% in his invoice. I told him that he must do it as your local solicitor or I fire him with immediate effect and look of another lawyer.

I am sure that he will send it to you this weekend to enable you finalise everything with your company by Monday.

Please the girl demanded for your own picture first. She told me that she will send her's from her email id as soon as she receive your pic. The girl is very reasonable and responsible. Time to bring another scammer to the party...

George, I have recently been contacted by the famous
Barrister Johnson Azu, you have probably heard of him, I
believe he is one of Nigeria's top lawyers.

He initially contacted me about a proposal very similar to
your own. I told him that I was already doing business with
you and wasn't prepared to enter into business with him. He
then asked me who was representing me and how much they were
charging us. When I mentioned that Afolabi was our Barrister
he laughed and informed me that Afolabi was not a very good
lawyer and was over-charging us. He says he can process our
case for us at a charge of just $3000 US - that would be a
saving of $900 each! He has already provided me with an
invoice to give to my company which includes printing fees,
letter-writing costs, document proof-reading, tribble
declarations etc.

To compound this matter I have since received Afolabi's
invoice which does not provide me with any breakdown of all
the legal costs it just reads "Legal Fees". This man is a
joke! I do not believe he is a qualified Barrister, just a
little boy pretending to be one.

I would suggest George that you fire Afolabi immediately and
get a refund on your initial payment. I will then contact
Azu and hire him as our new lawyer and transfer the money to
him on Wednesday.
