Dear Chambers

Sorry for delay
been away on Squadron reunuion.
I say, wonderful week, wonderful, you know
Jolly good show, what?
Talking and drinking with my old comrades bought it all back.
All those times we spent together having a snort or two in the naafi
There wasn't a dry eye in the house at times, although whether that
was due to memories or the recent conjunctivitus outbreak, I have no
idea
"Slasher" Moran, you'll be glad to hear, hasn't changed at all... He
still has those wide staring eyes of his, though a bit yellowed now of
course.
And runny
And his evil grin has lost some of it effect

Dentures do that to a man

My old wingman "Taff" MacTavish, told his old story over again about
how he saved me by blasting a Jerry on my six with his cannons during
a dogfight over the channel.
Came at him from out of the sun, you see. Clever trick, eh?
Lined him up in his sights and gave him a one second burst.
Jerry had no chance
Instant fireball
Not even a 'chute was visible
Stirring stuff

Mad "Jock" Llewellyn however has changed greatly.
The man is totally barmy. Barking mad
Kept dribbling and forgetting what he was saying
Candidate for the funny farm, if you ask me
He grandson came with him to look after him
Insolent young pup. Absolute cad
very rude, you know?
Why, in my day, he'd have been horsewhipped from here to Putney Bridge
No breeding at all, that man

Then there was Old Blenkinsop, the Squadrons wing wiper
Dab hand with the spanners, in his day
"Springer" Johnson was there with his 5th wife
Likes wedding cake, you understand

But, to business
You mention "domiciliary account"
What on earth is one of those?
That's a new word on me
Can't abide these overseas words
Give me the Queens English everyday
Clear and unambiguous, you know

Do I understand that you want me to visit Spain?
Having a bit of a problem there.
Nothing sails from Southampton, these days, you see
It's all Heathrow and Gatwick nowadays
Why, I remember when Heathrow was just a small hut in a field with a
couple of Sopwith Camels parked by it

And does it have to be Spain?
Can't stand the Spanish
Greasy food and dreadful beer and all that
If it has to be, then let me know, my man
Will discuss arrangements, later, understand?

Watch for the Hun in the sun
Until later

Poor old "Ginger"

Going about his job, then suddenly all around him was ablaze
Now anyone wave a match at him and orf he goes, rolling eyes,

A bad barbecue can do that to a man

Anyway, can't ignore the Old School Tie and all that. Had to pop

Anyway, back on form now
Full attention and all that

Now, I have no problem flying to Spain.
Marvellous country, you see
But, my good man, where exactly am I flying to?!?
Sevilla, Alicante, Madrid, Valencia, Santiago de Compostella??
These are facts I must know.

I can be had jollying around Spain at my age, you see

Thanks for your response.

Before your arrival,i sent you the number where to reach me and you did not call or write mail to me to know that you have arrived.why you did not write me or call me?This is totally nonsence.

As i told you this is very important becouse neither me or my client met with you or recieve any money from you.The money you said you gave to some one, what is the name of the person you gave the money to? before you release money to him, what questions do you ask him regarding our project and my client?Inshort i am confused becouse some bad people were out to divert my clients funds which will amount to betrayal and God can not allow such thing to happen.

But at moment every thing is still inorder, becouse the original certifictae of deposit of the money is still intact with my client.what is the name of the security company the person gave you as where the funds are saved? Please dont deal with that person you gave money becouse he is fraud and out to claim another person money for him self.

For God sake whom do you give the money and what is the persons resemblance and name, becouse to my heavenley father i did not see or recieve you in spain,i only tell you that you must call me on phone when you have arrived in the hotel and now you said you met someone at the airport and i did not mention to you that i will recieve you at the airport. This is totally confusing to me becouse some people were out to claim my clients funds but that can not be possible by the grace of God.

Ok right now we must take serious measures to avoid this type of nonsence next time. This problems is becouse you did not give me your telephone numbers so that we can be talking on day to day basis before you arrive becouse this type of transaction requires constant communications. As i told you i am still in africa at the moment and i have decided to pilot this deal right from africa where i am on official duty on behalf of my client and the only option now is for me to finalise every procedures now personally and the money will leave to your account.

At present,my client has ordered the return of the funds to africa where no one can have access to the money. The only thing for you to do now is to plan another meeting with my client in africa{Federal republic of Ghana}where no one can have access to our secret informations.

Firstely,at this point in time,i will require you to send the name and particulars, you would want me to use in opening a fresh account on your behalf including the money, where i am presentely, so that i can prepare every thing ready before your arrival. This is to avoid the occurance of the privious experience. As i told you earlier we dont want to play or toy with this huge amount, that is why my client decided to send the money back to africa from spain,to enable us plan ahead and avoid this bad people from claming her funds which her life almost depends on the funds.

I wish to notify you that i am very sorry for all that happened and i assure you that such experience can never repeat it self again becouse we have employed security measures to avoid such occurance. And my client has agreed to re-emburse you back what ever amount you spent on completion of the transaction

Please i would want to know the name of the finance house where the person you gave moneytold you that my clients funds were deposited in spain ,before you release the money to him and what is the name of the bank where he siad he will open an account on your behalf?

Please reply this mail urgentely.Call me on this number now 23480381***** for more details.

confidence entrusted on the finance house by my client.

We require from you urgentely the name of the hotel you were lodged

will track them down for prosection.

We have being in africa for this purpose and every thing is in

Chambers,

I say, old boy
Are you really telling me that I was not met by you?
This is not good enough, sir!
I have lost a considerable sum of money with nothing to show for it, By Jove.
Dash it all man, what sort of an organisation are you running there?

This chap who met me... is he one of yours?
He said he was working for you.
Gave me a business card thingy
Bit of a tatty one, to be honest.
Rather dog eared
Not a good impression at all, really

Name on the card was Michael Zolt
Brittania Securities, Madrid
0034-669-501-447 is the number on the card.

Not phoned it as he told me to contact you, old chap
No idea who you were working for you see.
You never told me anything about you
And now some impostor has made off with my money!
If you catch him, let me know
I'll horsewhip the cad from here to Putney Bridge

I stayed at the Meli Princess or some such place, you understand
5 star, you know
Exactly as I requested from you
...and not that little matchbox place you initially booked for me
Bad show on that one

Back in Africa, eh?
Strange place to go
But there you are

Glad to read that my loss will be reimbursed to me
At least you seem to have some organisation there

What is our next step in this then, old boy?

Attention:sacash

Thanks for your quick response.

We are very sorry for all that happened but we must be very
coutious in all moves we made to avoid past mistakes, in order to
succeed in this transaction.

As i told you in my last mail, there is some security lapses at the
security company in spain. That is exactely what caused the attempt
by some security personels in the finance house to try to claim our
funds.Investigators were already at work to track the culprits down
for prosecution.

At this point in time we must be very carefull,as we have
encountered such experience and not to repeat it self agan.

Now note that this particular email address must be changed for
security reasons as i mentioned to you in my last mail.As from this
moment, please and please use the below email address to send me
mails to avoid leakage of secret informations
{email #1}or {email #2} and any message
from me without the code number zzz, please ignore it and stop (note the code number)
futher communications with such person/email address.

Regarding our mutual project, the funds has being transfered to
federal republic of ghana for safety and security purposes due to
the past experience you encountered in spain. At present the finance
house in accra capital of ghana has issued the deposit certificate
to my client to officially acknowledge the reciept of the
funds, which we will hand over to you as the beneficiary on your
arrival in Ghana.

Please and please my good friend, forget the past and lets move
foward as we are thanking God for not loosing the entire $8.5
million dollars to the hands of this fruadulent officiers employed
by the so called security company. This journey to ghana will give
you the opportunity to know me and my client personally for
immediate finalisation of this project and it will give you the
opportunity to witness all the procedures involved and we will go
back with you on confirmation of the funds in your account.

On your arrival in ghana i and my client will handle the matter
personally and take you to a prime bank and personally, you will
open an account by your self to assure you of our individual
intergirty and then all of us will proceed to the security /finance
house armed with the certificate of deposit and claim the funds for
immediate deposit to the new account opened by you for onward
transfer to your designated bank account in your country. This is
simple official procedures which can not take more than two days to
be completed.

The numbers and particulars of the fruadulent officiers of the so
called security company in spain will be traced and tracked down
for immediate procecution.Note that me or my client doews not have
any more dealings with this security company in spain. And you
should stop any futher communications with them or any one from
spain. They are thieves who wants to claim another persons funds for
themselves,we must get them and they refund your money back to you.

Please i need you to confirm your readiness to meet with us in
accra Ghana to enable every one of us be happy together. Please as
from this moment no one will act on my behalf and i will be
contacting you directely.Note that this past experience can not
deter us from moving foward.

I await for your urgent response, but reply to

informations.

Thanks and God bless you for your understanding and cooperations.

..and on the subject of my name, why have you not included my titles, eh?

documents relating to myself should bear this, you understand.

I didn't earn those titles to have them ignored, my Good Man

I am surprised the bank did not know this fact.
makes documents incorrect and illegal, you know
You have to get the certificate re-issued with my full title, old man,
there's nothing else for it

And about this passport issue
Now, look Chambers, it simply isn't done to send passports via email,
you understand
I have a military issue passport, you know, and this sort of thing
should not be sent South of Dover via email.
Especially after those dreadful events in London, you understand

with the international passport details to enable you procure the
visas directely from the Ghana high commision in london.A copy of
the invitation letter will be sent to the consul at the high
commission to collobrate to your own copy.

In the mean time my client have requested the bank in Ghana to
effect the necessary changes on your academic designations but you
will have to send an application to the Director private banking
department,International commercial bank Accra Ghana requesting for
the docuemtary rectification. In fact we have requested for the
rectification through our ground service contact but the bank
insisted on following the normal procedures since you are the
beneficiary of the deposit.

The bank also explained that the security codes in the certificate
are meant for internal auditing and records and therefore has
nothing to do with you as the beneficiary.

You can send the application today through my email address so that
i can foward to the appriopriate department of the bank for
immediate rectifications.

I await for your urgent response.

Chambers,

Tell me, old man..
Just what is it do you not understand about the phrase
"Sending my passport by email is not allowed"
hmmm?

Which words are confusing you, old bean
I have tried sending the passport to you, you understand, and it
Failed To Get Through.
This is a security thing, you understand
Are you suggesting that I, a man like me, should break the law?
Why, I should have you horsewhipped for such a suggestion!

What "information pages" are you blathering on about, man?
In a previous mail to me you said that all you needed was my name and
passport number. These I gave to you
Now you are waffling about "information pages"
Instead of just talking about them, why don't you tell me which bits
you need, eh?
Then I could put them in an email to you
Save time, you see?
Bad thinking, that man

You, sir, are starting to delay this exercise
Not professional, at all, you see.
If I hadn't already lost such a considerable sum (through your
incompetance, may I add), for two hats, I'd call the whole damn
escapade off, you understand.

And what's all this tosh about applying to the director of a bank to
apply for changes to the certificate, hmmm?
These are changes to mistakes that YOU made, Chambers, old boy.
I am not the one that should be applying for them to be undone
You should do this as a matter of courtesy.
Maybe this is way things are done, South of Dover, but, By Jove, they
are done differently here and don't you forget that.
Politeness costs nothing, my Good Man

I have and am investing considerable time and money in this venture
and all I get from you are excuses and bad security.
We certainly wouldn't have won any damn thing if you and not Winnie
had been in charge, you know?
Sloppy business ethics, that man

All I need from you now, are plain and simple instructions about what
is needed regarding my passport details.
Then I can send them to you in an email, you understand
And you can send to me the visa thingy I need and then I get a flight
arranged to get to Ghana.

It's over to you sir

Attention:Ivor Lott Sacash,

Thanks for your derogatory mail. Oooooo. Get her

Please try to understand that I am not a Ghanaian citizen and therefore I cannot influence their immigration laws and other statutes requirement.

I also understand your position in respect of your inability to send copy of your international passport {information pages only} as it is also bothered on laws and statutes.

However there is not much I could do in this situation except to arrange for a letter of invitation through my contact in Ghana.

I will be sending you letter of invitation and you will have to proceed to the Ghana high commission in London for the entry visa procession.

A copy of the invitation letter will be sent to the consul at the high commission to collaborate your own copy and enable the visa procession and procurement.

Note that I and my client have also being able to pass instruction to the bank management for the rectification of the error in the {C O D} through my trusted ground service contact in the bank {custodians of the deposit}.I will send the rectified copy as soon as it is ready definately tomorrow being tuesday.

Thanks for your understanding.

Urgent response will be appreciated.

Thanks for your quick response.

Happy you recieved the certificate ok.

Note that i will be sending letter of invitation to you with your
informations with me as soon as possible.

The informations with me is only passport number and name in the
passport and i hope this will be ok for the letter of invitation.

On reciept of the letter of invitation from me,please proceed to
the Ghana embassy in london for the visa as we will send copy to
the embassy to tally with your own copy which will enable the
embassy issue you with travel visa. This is the only option left for
you as you insisted on not sending the copy of your international
passport.

As i explained to you in my last mail the only way this cable visa
can be possible is for you to photocopy your international passport
and send to me by attachement exactely the same way i sent the
certificate of deposit to you. This is very simple thing to do to
avoid futher delays.Note that the certificate of deposit which i
sent to you is very sensitive document which is not supose to be
sent by mail but i did it for sake of our transaction and also due
to the trust i placed on your personality,so i see no reason why
you should not send copy of your passport to enable you secure visa
for your travel to complete this transaction once and for all.

As i explained to you in my last mail, the immigration service of
Ghana requires the copy of the information pages of your
international passport{where the passport number, name and
photgraph}is inserted to enable the visa be out within two
days. This is the only what is delaying this transaction and there
is nothing we can do about it than sending the letter of invitation
to you to enable you proceed to the embassy for the visa personally
in london. But if we can recieve the copy of the passport today i
can assure of your cable visa within 48 hours.

So please respond to this mail to enable us know the next line of
action to follow.

I simply am unable to send the dashed thing via email, you understand.

All that dashed silly twirly writing those Arab chappies use.
Dashed if I can understand it
Effendi this, Effendi that.

I'd be blasted offended if I had to wear bed sheets as clothes, I can tell you

The upshot of it all is that I have landed in Lome.
I don't know what to do now, old chap
Bit stranded, if you know what I mean

Can't take a hotel.
Locals here keep blabbing about "See-Fah" whatever that is
Daren't open my suitcase old chap
$15,000 inside it, you know
Can't be with waving that around, eh?

Got talking with a friendly taxi driver in the airport
Family man, name of Usman Bello. Bit younger than me
Nice daughter, and all that
Said he would "look after me tonight"
But he needs 30,000 "see-fah" for doing so
Does that make sense to you, old man?

Quite stuck here, Old chap
Could do with a bit of help
This Bello chap says he'll drop me off at the Hotel 2nd February tomorrow
is that any good to you, eh?
If not, Old Chap, I'll have to dip into my suitcase and leg it home.
Can't be staying here too long
Dashed place not safe
Heard gunfire a moment ago.

Battery not good on laptop, Old Boy.
Will try to find net cafe, eh?

This is somewhat urgent, Old Man
Appreciate a swift bit of advice from you, you understand?
Have my phone here with me.
Signal a bit erratic
+44 0870 340 ****
We need to try to talk, yes?

Subject: leave immediately back {very urgent zzz}
Attention:Sacash,
This shows me that you dont have the intreast of this transaction at heart. Why should you be frustrating our efforts after all the sufferings we have gone through. You went to spain and jeopedised the deal which could have resulted in unknown people trying to claim my clients funds but despite our tight first security which resulted in despatching the funds to ghana.
I gave you instructions on what to do on securing your visa and your landing in ghana but you deviated totally from the directives. You booked your flight to land in ghana, why then landing in lome togo. This is totally not in line with our arrangement and its totally condemed by the officials of the bank and my client.
Your inability to adhere to the transaction rules has raised dust in our circle which has prompted the bank officials to be much angry and worried about the personality i contacted as the beneficiary.
In this type of transaction mistake is dangerious and knowing the huge amount involved, you surpose not to make any mistake. Now you have missdirected your self and landed in lome and put this transaction in to jeopady.
The only advice and instruction now is to leave immediately back to your country becouse i can not guaranty the safety of your life in lome{togo}becouse that is not where we arranged to meet and there is no way i can come over there without visa which has to take me time to procure,so leave immediately and get back to me by email.
At moment the only way possible will be disscused with you on your arrival in back in london, but we are trying to put serious action in motion to use diplomatic connection to despatch the funds directely to your address in your country but the cost of the diplomatic services will be settled first and the special diplomatic courier company based in port of dova in uk will take the responsibilities of delivering directely to you at your door step. This is exactely the only option left as we will come over to your country for the nessasary procedures which will involve deposition of the funds in your bank account directely and other investment procedures.
Please leave immediately and email me to know your positions but try your best and reply this mail today.Note that what ever you spend in this misfurtune trips will be reembursed back to you on completion of the transaction.
I await your reply immediately.

Move directely back to london.
You made big mistake to land in lome. The driver you met is a thief.
As you arrived lome at the airport, you should have entered a hotel and call me or send me email to tell me where you lodged.
Listern if the fucking bello{driver} did not allow you to move back to the airport and board a flight, please be bold to ask them to take you to police station and tell them that you missed your flight and want to move to ghana and meet this driver at the airport, the police will assist you to make sure you move back to london but make sure you did not tell them about your mission.
I pray that God will assist you to leave the vountry immediately.

Dear Mr chambers,

My name is Ms Paulette Beale, and I am a niece of Mr Ivor L. Sacash
who I know has been writing to you recently about a business deal you
werre both involved in.
I am writing to you to ask if you know of his whereabouts.

We are a little concerned here as we have not heard from him in a few
days and he was due back yesterday.
We know he had gone to Ghana to meet with you (We have a copy of your
letter of invite here and Ivor has written your name and email address
on it)

The last we heard from him was that he had gone to Ghana, but had
landed in Lome by mistake. His last email (We received it on Aug 3 at
9:09pm) said that he was on his way from Lome to Accra by taxi to meet
with you.

We have now received a request from him asking for 5,000 to be wired
to him - something to do with the business deal.
But we are concerned as it doesn't seem like him to do that. The email
is very vague, and badly written. Not Uncle Ivors style at all and of
course, he took 15,000 with him.

Do you know anything about this?
we are desperate for any news about him
Please, if you have any news about him at all, we would be grateful.

For the family
Ms P. Beale

Now: Will laddo:
a) ignore the email altogether?
b) reply and try to scam the 5,000?
c) reveal that Ivor is missing?

Thanks for you mail
Yes i have being in contact with mr Sacash for some time now and i even gave him a letter of invitation to come to ghana, but mistakenly he landed in lome which is misdirection of trip.
I tried to come to lome to meet with him but it proved impossible for me becouse of visa
(B*******. It's because you're in Nigeria, laddo)
so i directed him to come and meet with me in the hotel where i booked reservation in ghana.
But innitially he told me he met a taxi driver who took him to his house in lome and have being trying to get some money from him but he could not open his brief case in his presence,so i instructed him to come and meet with me in the hotel in ghana.
He actually told me he has left lome to ghana but since then i have being trying to locate him without response and even in the hotel where i booked reservation for him,he could not be found.
I have tried to locate him since then without success, inshort he has entered in to wrong hands.I have mailed him up to five times without any response from him. Please kindly instruct him to come back immediately to uk from where ever he is at the moment.
I suspect that he has met with thiefs who has dispossesed him of his money and still requesting more, please ask him where he is at the moment and tell him to start coming back to london becouse i can not guarantee his life and safety any longer. The bussiness he came for in ghana has not being done and every one here in ghana are very much worried about his whereabout.
Please tell him to mail me and he should start coming back to london immediately.Ask him to tell you his position over there and he should come back as soon as possible.
Since he landed in lome i have not seen him or done any bussiness with him.At the moment i have instructed him to leave back to your country but he did not reply me any longer and i dont know his where about.
Please give me details as soon as he replied you so that i can know the next action to take. Please call me now on this number 2348038128747 for more details.

My advice to enable me track down whom so ever that is handling him this way, i think that the best way is to accept the requestoi of sending money on a pretence that you are still searching for the money while you demand for the name you will use and address to send the money. but please i f you have a native language that any other person can not read please write him with that as to enable him release the detailes of taxi driver or any other person invovled as i am taking a rest on the hospital after going through your last mail as i can just imaging my business partner left his home without completing his mission including such personality, but i assured you once again that any money will be sent only through me on a pretence that you will informed whom so ever that is asking for this that i will hand over the fund to them that they should write any means of contacting them by phone and address.
my advice is to enable me track down the thieves in lome togo as is not my country but must leave to secure my partners life because he is important in our life.
THE BIBLE SAID TOUCH NOT MINE ANNOINTED AND DO MY PROPHET NO HARM IN THE NAME OF JESUS NOTHING WILL EVER HAPPEN TO MY DEAREST BROTHER AND PARTNER.

We are getting really concerned now as to his well being.

Please, Mr Chambers, we are desperate here for news of our beloved Uncle Ivor.
If there is anything you can do
Anything at all.

Inshort i dont know what to say actually at this point in time becouse this fault is from mr sacash. He booked his flight to land in kotoka airport accra ghana, why then landing in lome togo. This is very ridiclus and not inline with our agreement with him.But any way i will try my best as i can to see that he returns safely as soon as possible .
At present i have deployed some security officials of the ecowas{economic comunity of west african states}to track down where ever he is held in lome togo and send him back to london.
That is my mission of traveling all along to nigeria to innitiate the security move becouse the ecowas office is in nigeria and there is no way i can contact the ecowas security office unless i travel to nigeria from ghana where there office is situated.Already the security personels is in top move to get mr ivor sacash safe where ever he is.
At moment the 5 thousand pounds requested by him will be sent immediately today to me with the following name becouse we will use the money to give signal to who ever is holding mr ivor so that we can trap him down.We will claim the funds from western union money transfer over here in nigeria and then proceed toward lome togo where mr ivor has this problem and then locate him wherever he is.
Urgentely send the money with the name MR STANLEY UMUNNA NKECHIATA LAGOS NIGERIA through western union money transfer so that we can start actions today without delay.I am doing all this becouse mr sacash is my dear friend and partner and there is no way i can fold my hands and see my dear friend have problems in africa. This is the name of the one of the officials who will secure him out and we need this money to entice them as if we have come with the money they requested from them so that we can secure mr ivor safely.

Explain this one, Laddo:

From: Paulette Beale
Date: Aug 9, 2005 10:06 PM
Subject: Re: vital mail
Dear Mr Chambers,

We have spent another fruitless day at the Embassy in London. They
simply are unable - or are unwilling - to do anything at all to help
us.
They did call the number on the letter of invite that you so kindly
arranged for Ivor, but no one answered it.

We have received another email supposedly from Uncle - now he says the
cost has increased to 10,000 because of some delay clause.
We are now in deep anxiety here. We have the money but with every
delay, it seems the demands increase.
We are holding off paying on your advice

While we realise that our Uncle Ivor landed at the wrong airport, he
did not do this deliberately as you seem to be hinting at in your
mails.
Uncle is a wonderful man, with a wonderful history and is so full of
tales of his heroic past, many people are always asking him to tell
them of these stories.
There is no way that Uncle Ivor would ever deliberately fly to the
wrong airport.
He is an Ex-Squadron Leader, as I am sure you must be aware, and as
such is used to taking command of a situation on his own.
If he was a little lost in Tripoli airport, then he would have just
marched full steam ahead - it's one of his failings, I'm afraid!

One thing that does puzzle us though.
Before we last heard from him, he was keeping us informed as to what
was happening.
The reason he had to make his taxi ride to Accra was because you were
not prepared to come to help him in Togo - a 4 to 5 hour journey
according to the Ghana Embassy official.
And yet, you have now managed to make a journey to Nigeria, very quickly indeed.
If you could manage to make this journey from Accra to Nigeria, why
not from Accra to Lome?
This would have saved us from all this worry and Uncle Ivor would now be safe!!

This Stanley Umunna man who is so ready to go to Togo and find our
Uncle Ivor. Does he have any information about where our Uncle is?
How will he be able to start his search?

Please understand that we are very tired and confused here and Ivors
great-grandchildren are starting to ask where he is.
Any information you have will be of help and succour to us in our time of need

Attention:Paulette Beale,
Listern very carefully,
I have told you that we can not fold our arms and see mr ivor in big trouble.Mr ivors life worths more than any amount of money although the mistake is from him but we must get him out first.
I took the journey to nigeria becouse i have a client who has a friend working with ecowas security operates who will find out where mr ivor is presentely. This operatives were incharge of such matters in west african states.Already they have taken action in respect of this matter and have sent signals all over lome to search out mr ivor and we have also notified the togo authorities who are making efforts to get the driver who took him from the lome airport.
The reason why i did not proceed to lome to meet with mr ivor is becouse lome is french speaking country and their laws were very strigent and there is no way you can enter the country without visa and nigeria is an english speaking country and i must make move to see that mr ivor is seen where ever he is by securing the assistance of this security operatives. This mistake is purley mr ivors, why should he book flight that is not going to his own direction after all he has ghana visa and did not have lome visa why then landing in lome, but we can not start blaming him at this point in time, but to sort out things and get him out.
The security officer Mr stanley umunna nkechiata and his collegues have already started action but we need this 5 thousand pounds to use to entice the people where ever they were holding mr ivor but note that you must only act on my instruction to get mr ivor out but always give me any informations you got from mr ivor so that we can use the informations to work towards getting him out.At moment suspend sending any money to him untill i finish my actions but he must be out as soon as possible.
I assure you and your family that in the name of jesus i must get mr dear fried out of all this problems and send him back to his family and get the people involved apprehended and prosecuted.
Note that delay is dangerious, please send the money today to enable us get to the root of this matter and secure mr sacash out of this nonsence as time waits for no one.
I await for the western union money transfer details as soon as possible today to enable the operatives swung in to full action and come out with results before the end of today.
I await for your response.

Dear Mr Chamberlin,

After reading your mail, I am filled with a degree of hope that Uncle
may yet be found.
The letter you sent to the Ghanian Embassy has spurred them into
action of sorts.
They will be, they tell me, despatching an agent into Togo to make
enquiries in the Hedzranawoe region of Lome, where they believe Ivor
is being held.
The London Embassy have faxed through a full description and a photo
of Ivor to assist in their search

One comment they did make was that all you needed to do was go to the
British Consular Embassy of Ghana and give them the details about Ivor
(a British Citizen, remember!) being stranded and they would have
arranged an emergency visa for entry into Togo and you could have gone
to my Uncles aid sooner.
It is surprising that you did not know of this.

However, as we are more concerned with finding Uncle Ivor, we believe
that the more people who are looking for him, the better.
I therefore have consulted with my family and we have decided to
engage your services and send you the money you need.
You do have a description and photo of Ivor, don't you.

Now, you mentioned transferring the money through Western Union?
Would you not prefer it transferred via a bank?. It is, I understand
much more secure and anyway, I am not sure about how to transfer money
through WU.

Please let me know about this.

And for the last time.... Uncle Ivor did NOT book the wrong flight!
He had to make a connection in Tripoli airport and obviously got the
wrong flight.
How this happened, I do not know, nor care!
He is missing and that is all that matters right now
Now stop blaming Ivor for this predicament, it is not his fault!!
We are asking you to help us find him and are prepared to trust you in
this matter.
Do not fail us as you failed our beloved Ivor.

Thanks for your quick response.
This morning i have despatched my private secretary to the british embassy in accra ghana with full details of informations about ivor and there is hope that mr ivor will be found.
Note that i am not blaming mr ivor but only the airline officials that put him in to wrong flight from tripoli but never the less we must found him definately becouse actions has already being taken by the special security operatives and signals sent to various security officies in lome togo to make sure he is seen where ever he is.The security operatives has already got informations that some foreigners has being held for the past weeks for immigration offences and as soon as we recieve this funds,I in company of the security operatives will proceed to the region in lome togo where these people were held for immigration problems,i pray that we will see mr ivor there in the name of jesus.Amen
Now regarding the money,it must be sent by western union money transfer which will make it faster and possible for me to claim the funds today. The western union money transfer is very safe and faster and it is well known all over the world and you can be directed by the bank officials over there on the ways to send money by western union money transfer. The 5 thousand pounds should be splited into two places, 2500 pounds in each payment with the same name. This is tha name of the head of the security, you should make the payment to Mr Stanley Umunna Nkechiata of No 10 pipe line road iju, lagos Nigeria. This is the only informations required to send money by western union money transfer.
As soon as you send the funds you should send the payment control numbers of each payment and secret codes including the name you used in sending it and where the funds are coming from{transfer informations}.please note that this informations must be correct and it is very important to enable the western union office over here release the money without delays.
I await for your actions today but note that delays can not help matters as we want to get to the root of this matter and get ivor our immediately.

My Dear Mr Chambers,

I understand your distress over the delays we are currently experiencing.
As soon as I received your form yesterday afternoon, I took it
immediately to WU and had to wait to deal with the Approvals Manager
who has to sign off all security Validation forms.
The silly woman was out yesterday afternoon and no one was prepared to
sign it on her behalf. She didn't expect it the form to be returned
quite so quickly, I suspect.

I took the form to her this morning and have been trying to argue to
get her to approve the dashed thing!
Apparently, there are a few problems that need clarifying.

You give your date of birth as 27th September 1970 and your age as 36.
This does not add up.You are 34. Your 36th birthday will be in 2006
This must be corrected

In answer to the question "How many people know about the transfer?"
you answered "two"
Actually, there are 3 of us, Myself, You and Mr Umunna.
This is a discrepancy that needs to be cleared up as everyone involved
in the deal has to complete a form.

I have attached another form for you to complete

Also in answer to the question "Are you sure you are not a Communist"
you have answered "am not"
Does this mean that you are not sure about being a Communist? This
point needs to be better defined.
I would advise that the correct answer would be to clearly state that
you are not a Communist.

Please Mr Chamberlin, I know things are dragging, but these are not my
rules and these forms have to be completed.
I have begged the Approvals Manageress to assess your forms tomorrow
at her home and she has agreed given the urgent circumstances, so
there is no time to lose. We can get the money to you tomorrow as soon
as we receive correctly completed forms from both you and Mr Ummuna.
Please take more time completing these forms.
Rushing leads to mistakes that result in more delays!

Thank you for finally returning the forms corrected and completed. I
can only hope that you are more capable of searching for a lost man
than you are at filling out forms

We received (what we thought was) some excellent news from the
Ghanaian Embassy envoy currently in Lome.
We received notification that Ivor had been found!
But sadly after a detailed investigation, they realised that it was
not in fact Our Beloved Ivor after all.

Because of this, I held off transferring the money to you today.
However, given the up-to-date news I have now transferred the money so
that you can speed your way to Lome and search for our Ivor.

So, there is a special transfer made out to Mr Unumna for 5,000.
The test question is: What is this for?
The test answer is: I am seeking Lott Sacash

Once you have collected the money, I expect you to send Mr Umunna

I hope this instruction is clear.

Dear Mr Chambers,

To say I am disappointed in you is an understatement.
You waited until this afternoon before bothering to tell me about the
failure of the WU.
We could have got this dealt with much quicker had you informed me of
the problem immediately.
May I remind you that every delay is causing us more anxiety here!
Your sloppiness has cost us another days delay!

I have noted your comments and taken them to our local WU outlet and
they can assure me that everything is perfectly functional within Nigeria
- the fault must lie with you.
Did you use the computer at all during the download?
What download speed do you have?

And as to why we have to split the transfer into two is beyond the
management here - there should be logical reason for doing this.
If one transfer goes astray, you will only receive half the money and
this will cause more delay.
Making one single transfer is the safer, more practicle method for doing this
However, as you have requested this and as time is pressing even more
now, I have decided to split the transfer as you request.
The MCTN numbers you need are:
983 - 6559 - 8378
743 - 496 - 6855

The test question and answers are the same for both transfers as used earlier.

Now, do hurry up, man!
Time is wasting here and every day without news about our Ivor brings
more anquish for us.
Email me immediately that you have collected the funds

Inorder for me to have rest, please forget about me and my operations and proceed on what ever arrangement you want.I have seen that you people over there are not serious,i can not bother my self any more untill i get the western union money transfer details sent in the name of Dr umuna to nigeria and confirmed online. But if not this procedures as i explained, please forget about me.Let you and your mr ivor do what ever you want best for his problems

Mr Chamberlin,

I really am most disappointed in you.
Of course there are MoneyGram agents in Togo, you incompetant fool
If you can be bothered to navigate through the site YOU gave me:
On the home page, there is a link that says "Locate Moneygram agent"
If you click on this link you are directed to a page where you input
the location you are looking for: in this case, into the International
section, I chose Lome and the country of Togo
I have attached screenshots so show you how right I am and how foolish you are.
Can't you even navigate through a website?
There are 5 such Moneygram agents in Lome, I chose to transfer the
10,000 to agent #5
Do I have to do EVERYTHING FOR YOU?

And how DARE you call me a fraud!
May I remind you that it was YOU that insisted on WU as a means of
transfer. I suggested using a bank, but, no. That wasn't good enough
for you.
So, instead of displaying efficiency and professionalism, we are still
waiting for you to get moving!!
A bank transfer as I initially suggested would have got you the money
on Aug 11th - 7 days ago!!
This whole sorry business is entirely your fault.
You refused to help him when he was in Lome and stranded
And now our Ivor is still missing and I hope you feel proud of yourself
You are a horrible, incompetant and wicked man and your lack of
professionalism has caused my dear family untold anguish - and to
think that Ivor is still there, in the hands of these terrible evil
people.
And the one man who could have helped us displays nothing but
incompetance at every level
I cannot see why the money has to arrive in Nigeria before your man
Umunna can get going.
Your plan is for him to collect the money in Nigeria and then travel
all the way to Togo with 10,000 on his person
No, I'm sorry, this just isn't safe and I would not want Mr Umunna to
risk himself in this fashion
The money is there and waiting for him. You have the details.

But, as you are clearly no longer interested, I have no option than to
initiate a contract with a more reputable person than yourself.
Yesterday I received a letter from a Mrs Abacha, a Nigerian lady, I
believe and I will ask her for her help. I daresay, she can put me in
touch with a better, more capable barrister who will display more
competance than yourself.
He will get the details and can hopefully arrange a rescue of our Beloved Ivor

Something that is clearly beyond you.

Farewell, Mr Chambers
I would like to say that it has been a pleasure, but it most definitely has not.

Ms Beale

Subject: IVOR HAS BEEN FOUND!!
Mr Chambers,

I have some wonderful news for you, and for all concerned.
Our beloved Ivor was found last night after the Ghanaian officers
broke into a property they had had under surveillance.
Isn't this wonderful news?!!

He is fit and well, apparently and due to be flown home later today.
We spoke with him on the phone this morning and he sounds in good
health

It means of course, that we no longer need your services to look for
him so you should make your way back to Nigeria.
We have donated the 10,000 to the Ghanaian Embassy as a "thank you"
for their efforts.
However, we, the family, feel that as you had made some effort to
travel, that this must have incurred costs and it would be unfair for
you to bear these on your own.
Therefore, could you please invoice us for the money you have spent so
far and we will reimburse you fully.

I have no doubt that Ivor, once he has returned home and is rested,
will want to resume your business deal. (In fact he asked after you
when we spoke)
If this is satisfactory to you, may I suggest you drop him a short
email and he can pick this up when he is ready.

For now, I want to thank you for your efforts.
It would appear that, from the description we have of the Ghanaian
operation, that you would have been out of your depth with this
anyway. This was a multi-man operation and needed close liason with
the Togolese police.
Something you never mentioned

However, the time for questions is not now.
Please give us your costs for this operation and we will ensure these
are met in full. We do not want to see you 'out of pocket'.

For the Family

At present the project i have with mr ivor is still pending without any thing done but i believe that with Gods power every thing will resume properley soon.I have gone back to Ghana as of now,and i have sent back the security officers mr umunna and co back to nigeria to resume their official duties.
Regarding the cost of the expencies i incured in respect of ivors matter,i have decided to bear the cost personally as my contribution to the recuvery of my dear friend and partner and i ask you and your family not to pay any thing to me becouse i know God will reward me in what ever i did for mr ivor.My main concern is that mr ivor is seen and in good condition.

Dear Mr Chambers,

Firstly may I say how very kind of you to bear the costs of expenses
incurred during your search for our Ivor.
I can tell you that he is now back with us and is under Doctors orders
to rest for the next few days.
He has lost a little weight, but is otherwise in good order and will
recover fully in time. Although he is elderly, he is a robust man and
should recover his health quickly - of course the recovery of his
mental condition after such an ordeal may be another matter - we'll
have to wait and see.

In the meantime, of course, the Police here will need to take a
statement from him regarding his unfortunate kidnapping. They are
liasing with the Ghanaian Embassy here and through them with the
officers involved in Ghana and Togo
They may also wish to take a few words from your good self at some
point. (However, I do not think that they will need to meet with you -
just a statement by email will suffice - they have your email address
and will no doubt be in touch)
I'm sure that you will give them every assistance.

Please continue to remain in contact with Ivor. I know that he is keen
to continue your business dealings, but perhaps I can ask you to
minimise any travelling my Uncle has to undertake?
I'm sure that another trip to Ghana would, right now, be a little more
than he could bear.
I am afraid that this recent escapade has quite put him off going to Africa!

I think that is all I have to say for the moment

Mr Chambers,

This is just a short note to let you know that Ivor is now up and
about and making a fast recovery. We are all very relieved at his
recovery
He has been speaking with the police here as I mentioned earlier and
they have indicated that they would like a statement from you.
I told them that you had already agreed to this.
You may be contacted at some point today/tomorrow by a Detective
Inspector Ohms of the Greater Ghigley police who is in charge of Ivors
case.
Please give to him every assistance that you can.

I have been thinking about you not accepting any payment for your
recent journey. Are you sure about this?
We, that is myself and Ivor, feel that we should at least send you
something for your troubles.
What would you say to 1000? It's not much, but I would very much like
you to accept this token of our appreciation.
If you accept, and I hope that you will, I will forward the monies
either to yourself or Mr Umunna.
Just let me have the details and we'll sort out the paperwork here.

In the meantime, Ivor should be up and about later this week. All I
ask is that you go gently with him for a short time. I am sure you
realise that he has been through a traumatic experience.

Thanks for your message.
I pray by the grace of God that mr ivor should get well proper.
It is a horrible experience but we thank God for sparing his life in the hands of the bad elements in lome togo but i put large blame on the airline officials in tripoli that manipulated and put him in an airplane that is not going to his destinations. There is nothing we can do about this but leave Ghananian and lome{togo} authorities to handle the kidnappers accoring to the laws.
Now regarding the gesture you have given to me for the efforts i made towards mr ivors securance from the kiddnappers,i have noothing to say that i accepted the money as a way of thanks for your recogination of my efforts.
It is proper that you send the money as you wish through Mr Nkechiata Stanley Umunna of lagos nigeria becouse they were the security personels that contributed largely in informing the authorities of togo about the missing of my guest{mr ivor}.
So you should go ahead in making the payment in his name by western union money transfer and all details of transfer should be sent to me directely. But note that i will not be involved in the type of ordeal i have gone through priviousely in my quest to claim money from western union but note that you must confirm the payment online before despatching the transfer informations to me through{www.westernunion.com}.

My Dear Chambers,

How the devil are you, my good man
My, but I have had a few weeks, eh?
Too much, for me, I say, too much.

I understand that the niece Paulette has been keeping you up to speed, eh?
Good show.
Understand you had a bit of a problem transferring these funds that
you were asking for.
Well, between you and me, she's a bit of an old duffer, you know
Family and all that, so can't say too much, you understand.
One of the old school, and a bit overawed with all this technology.
Can't handle it and won't ask for help
Stubborness.
Runs in the family, what?
Plus, of course, she was extremely worried about me, you understand
Couldn't keep her mind on the job in hand, poor thing.
Had you gallavanting around Togo, on the look out for me, eh?
Damn decent of you and that Umnuna chappie
If only you had come to Togo when I needed you, it would all be over,
and this sorry episode would never have happened.
But never mind.
Dashed decent of you to try, at least

My! but I was happy to see the Ghanaian chappies when they came
crashing through Bellos door.
Decent chaps, all round
Bello cried like a baby when they carted him off
He was tough enough to me when in front of his gang. But up against
real men, he whimpered like a little girl.
One of those poofters, I expect
No backbone, you see
Glad to see the back of him, you understand.

That taxi journey I took was scarey and no mistake!
Thought we were going round in circles, you understand.
Have a nose for that sort of thing, you know
Said he had to pick up extra people for the journey.
Seemed a decent enough chap about it.
But those chappies he picked up, bounders they were
smelly too, you know
change of clothes and a bath all round, is what they needed.

Had knives, you know.
Threatened me with them too
Drove to this house, bundled me out of the car and in through the door
in no time.
Suitcase taken off me.
All that money gone too
Clothes, the lot
Was tied to the bed
Damn roof leaked as well
I was in a pretty smelly state myself when those Ghanaian chappies
found me, I can tell you

Anyway, all over now and back in Blighty, what?
Full recovery and all that.
Decent meal and sleep, is what I needed
and a bath of course

and a change of clothes.

Now, you stated in your last email something about the fund moving to the UK?
Dashed good idea, that man!
Can't be making anymore travelling south of Dover, for the time being.
Passport stolen, you see
Need a new one

Not safe, you understand
Spiders, you know
damn place was full of them.
Nasty creatures
Crawling, lurking and watching me
never trust anything with more than 4 legs, you know
Dogs, horses fine animals, eh?
Even cats, I suppose. if a little independent for me
But those damned arachnids!
and what do they need 8 eyes for, hmnmm?
Aren't 2 enough?

Let me know about the situation with the fund, old chap
Then we can get moving once again

Dear Mr Chamberlin,

My name is Detective Inspector Ohms of the Greater Chigley police and
I am leading the UK end of the investigation into the recent
kidnapping and ransom demands that ensued after Mr I. Sacash, a
resident of Chigley, made a recent trip to Ghana.

Now, I understand from both Mr Sacash and Ms P. Beale that the purpose
of the visit to Ghana was a business deal in which you were involved.
Of course, I do not wish to know what the deal was about - that is not
my interest here.
However, I will need a statement from you where you outline your role
in all this.
It's just to tie up loose ends, you understand.
The culprits have been apprehended and are now, I am led to believe,
in Ghanaian custody.

We are just obtaining all the necessary information to complete the UK
end of the investigation.
I have attached a statement form.
I would be very grateful if you could just fill it out and return it to me.
I'm sure that then there would be no further need to question you further.

Thanking you in advance for your time

I was in contact with your family through out the period and even employed some security agents from west african office of economic comunity of west african states based in nigeria and they did so much job in our quest to see you whereever you were held.We even spent lots of money for the search but thank God you were seen in good condition becouse your life worths more than money.
Now regarding our project, every thing is still in order but only the delays.
Already we have made a very good arrangement with a special diplomatic courier company to despatch the consignment directely to you in uk but this has to take some expencies like handing and despatch charges which has to be paid to the diplomatic company before the despatch of the consignment{funds}to you.
This arrangement is very good one to avoid much stress as the one you wittnessed in lome togo.
The delivery officer of the diplomatic company will arrive uk with the consignment{funds}and then deliver to you as instructed.Note that the delivery officer does not know about the contents but was only known to contain promotional materials and law reports from my law chamber. His work is to make sure he delivered to you as instructed by the magagement successfully.
We need this operations to take place immediately depending on your readiness for the operations but note that the air way bill reciept will be sent to you to enable you track the consignment before arrival at your destination.

Attention:Robert Ohms ,
Thanks for your mails.
I was not around to answer immediately.
Yes i got your mails but wish to notify you that our internet server failed to open the
attachement{form}so i decided to drop this few lines to you.
I am Mr chamberlin from Tudu accra Ghana and have being in contact with
Mr ivor sacash for so long as partner and due to cordial disscusions with him
he decided to come to my country for inspection and i sent a letter of invitation
to him which was approved by the Ghana embassy and he booked his flight to
arrive kotoka airport accra on 3th august and gave me the flight details,so we
made preparation for his arrival but unfurtunately he was not in the flight
which he gave me the number and the arrival time.I waited and searched the
flight to know if he arrived all to nothing,so i sent him mail asking where he is
and the next day being 4th august i got a mail from him that he was put into
wrong flight by the flight officers in tripoli{libya} where his flight was on stop
over and he found himself in lome togo.so i was very much confused becouse
going to lome from my country will take another 5 hours and i must obtain a visa
and also togo is french speaking country and i dont hear french so i mailed mr ivor
that he should either board a flight from lome to ghana or he can come into ghana
accross the border between togo ad ghana and he answered the mail telling me
that he contacted a taxi driver whom he saw at the airport that he will sleep at
the taxi drivers house and start the journey to ghana the next day and i was worried
for this and so the next day mr ivor wrote me that he has started the journey to
ghana and i was waiting and i could not hear any thing about him any longer even
the mails i sent he could not reply so i noticed that some thing is wrong and
contacted some officials of the west african security forces whom helped me
to move in to lome searching for mr ivor before the Ghana embassy announced
his recovery.
Even the business he came for was still undone.we suspended every thing and start
searching for him.
I even sent my private secretay to the british embassy with a written letter infomring
them of the missing of my ivor and also went to the british cunsulate personally
with mr ivors particulars to inform them of missing of my partner.
SO THIS IS ALL I KNOW ABOUT HIS PREDICAMENT IN LOME TOGO.
My regards

Dear Mr Chamberlin,

Thank you for your statement.
It is very succinct, but I have to have the statement from you signed,
I'm afraid.
This statement from you will go towards ensuring that Mr Sacash can
complete his insurance claim. As you are no doubt aware, Mr Sacash
lost a considerable amount in terms of money, personal possessions and
other valuables during his unfortunate experience recently.
He has put a claim into his insurance company (for a considerable sum)
and they (the company) are trying to ascertain the truth about the
events that led to his loss.

As I have said, I do not wish to enquire into your business witrh Mr
Sacash, that is not my concern. But if the insurance company makes it
my concern, I will have no option but to ask further questions to Mr
Sacash, questions he has so far failed to answer.
I am holding off as a favour to his family, from questioning him too
much, but there may come a time when I have to persue my directive.

For the sake of an Old Man, I ask that you try to open the form and
complete the statement complete with your signature immediately under
the last line of the statement, (this is too 'seal' the statement and
prevent fraudulent additions)

Thanking you in advance

Thanks for your mail.
OK ,the most important thing to do now is to find a way,to despatch the consignment{funds} from the bank out to uk and the shipping delivery officer will lodge in a hotel of your choice with the consignment and then get in touch with you for clearance.
I hope that this arrangement is very good but the consignment has to be there under a special arrangement with the management of the special diplomatic courier company.
Note that according to the diplomatic company, this execise will cost you #15800 pounds{fifteen thousand eight hundred pounds which has to be paid to the shipping company directely and reciept issured to you to enable you track the consignment before arrival. On reciept of your response to this mail,i will immediately finalise with the diplomatic company and give details on the updates and the date of despatch and arrival.
My client is very much worried about this transaction due to the delays incured so far,but our believe is that something good does not come easy.we still have believe in you and knows that every thing will end well in the name of Jesus,Amen.
Now regarding the mail i got from the police about my statement,i have sent mail to the officer inchrage of the case and he replied me today asking me to fill the form attached to his mail.I will do it as soon as possible, before the end of this week.
Please note that for no reason should you or your sister expose this transaction to the insurance company or the police becouse it will be detrimental to the success of the project. But if they insist on the that you tell them, just tell them that you want to invest on construction project in Ghana. What i mean by construction project is financing road and agricultural projects in conjuction with my company.Nothing more but i know that they will not insist on knowing your mission to Ghana.
I am waititng for your response quickely to enable us finalise this project without any futher delays.

Dear Mr Albright,

Thank you for returning the form.
A report has been processed based on the information you have provided.
Unfortunately the form was poorly filled out by yourself and some of
the information was missing.
There are instructions on the form to continue on seperate pages if
necessary. It is a mystery as to why you failed to do this. It should
have been clear to you that you needed to use a second page.

However, I no longer have the time to deal with this now and I have
had orders to pass this information into the hands of the insurers for
them to investigate further.

I do not know what your 'business connection' is with Mr Sacash,
however, because of your incompetence with filling out a simple form
clearly and concisely, it is now out of my hands.
The investigation into your role in this whole affair is now certainly
to come under greater scrutiny.

Your details have now been forwarded to the insurance company and you

Mr Chamberlin,

We seem to be at cross purposes here.
When I refer to your poor completion of the statement form and of
missing pieces of information, I am referring to the fact that you
tried to scribble the entire statement onto a single piece of paper.
In doing so, you strayed outside the lines on the form.
As a result, the information outside of these lines is missing from
our reprint and it is this fact that has caused me to have to pass on
my investigation into the hands of the insurance company.
My recommendation is that this whole affair has been inadequately
explained away and I am not satisfied.
However, as I have earlier alluded to you, my involvement in this
affair is now out of my hands.

I have my suspicions about this whole business
Something about it just doesn't ring true, but I am far too busy right
now to investigate it further.
But, believe me, sir, I will be back to look into this.

From: Austin Rover

Date: 10-Sep-2005 20:20
Subject: Re: Mr Sacash Insurance claim - information needed
Dear Mr Albright.

Permit me to introduce myself.

My name is Austin Rover and I work for Shaftem and Runn, (our motto:
Caveat emptor et carborundum illegitimae) an insurance company with
which Mr Sacash has a personal protection policy (PPP) and against
which he has made a claim.
The information regarding the circumstances of the claim (the
kidnapping of a British citizen by aliens) has been so far handled
ably by Detective Inspector Robert Ohms of the Greater Chigley Police.
I believe he has sent to you a form requiring you to complete a
statement about your role in this claim.
I have seen this statement, and I have a few questions I would like
you to answer.

Mr Sacash has informed me that you are a business partner of his and
that anything that can be said to Mr Sacash can be said to you.

Mr Sacash has made a claim for losses totalling a little over 30,000,
losses made as a result of 2 attempts by him to meet with you relating
to a business arrangement that you introduced him to.
This arrangement involved, according to Mr Sacash "investment in
agricultural and construction projects in Ghana"

From interviewing Mr Sacash today, I do not believe he knows anything
about such subjects. He could not, for example, tell me where these
agricultural projects were being carried out, in what areas of
agriculture the projects were aimed at, the duration of these
projects, the companies involved in these projects.

The same for the "construction" projects. Are they road building?
urban development? community buildings (housing) or commercial
buildings (factories, offices) etc
And again, the same questions apply, duration, companies involved etc

Although I feel that these are questions that Mr Sacash should have
asked you, you should also have provided these answers as a matter of
course to him.

There are other points that need clearing up.
One part of the amount (over 10,000) that Mr Sacash is claiming for
is for losses occuring while visiting you in Spain. (He claims to have
handed this amount over to a man impersonating you)
I cannot understand why he needed to travel to Spain to speak with you
over matters concerning Ghana.
Please clarify this matter.

Where are the contracts, proof of land purchase prior to construction,
estimated bill of materials?
Mr Sacash would have been required to see some sort of legal proof
that these 'projects' existed.
Mr Sacash has failed to produce such proof and was very reluctant to
discuss such matters.

What is your role in this matter?
Why is Mr Sacash dealing with just you?
From my initial enquiries into building projects of this nature, I
have drawn the conclusion that these kind of projects cost vast
amounts of money and the money Mr Sacash would have supplied would not
have gone far at all.
The question also arises as to why building projects in Ghana require
the financial assistance of someone outside of that country

It seems to me that Mr Sacash was just going to hand over 30,000 to
you, Mr Albright with no questions asked (or answered). He is an
impeccable citizen with an exemplary past fighting for his country and
not a stain on his personal record. Indeed his entire family has a
remarkable history and goes back many many years.

I await your immediate reply to my communication, Mr Albright
It should make interesting reading

Thanks for your mail.
I wish to inform you that i am barrister chamberlin albright kofi a Ghaninian citzen.
Yes Mr Sacash is my partner in agriculatural and construction projects in Ghana.
Fistely i was working for a client who mandated me to negotiate with mr sacash regarding the project. My client wants a partner who will assist in investing into poultry farms and ranch business and road constructions in my country and Mr sacash was due to arrive in spain to meet with my client but unfurtunately to him he met wrong person at the airport who impersonated with my name and took him out from the airport without our involvement on what exactely he came for, and he lost five thousnad pounds in the process without out knowledge. The problems in spain is due to his ignorance on the instruction from me.
Secondly, due to his bad experinace in spain,we decided to call of the meeting in spain and scheaduled the meeting in Ghana of which we gave him letter of invitation for his arrival and he was furtunate to secure visa at the Ghana embassy in london for his travels to Ghana.
And on his preparations for his travel,he booked his flight to arrive in Accra Ghana for the meeting on 3 august 2005 and actually left gartwick airport to land in Ghana 9pm of the same day but his plane has a stop over at tripoli{libya}where he was misplaced into another plane going to lome togo instead of accra Ghana as originally planned.I waited and searched the flight he gave me his number without him being in the flioght and i was very worried becouse i know that he actually left that very day.so the next day i recieved a mail from his explaining to me how he was puttin into the wrong flight by the flight officials in tripoli{libya} that he has meet a taxi driver in lome airport who is willing to help him so that he will sleep at his house,so he asked me to come and meet him at lome, and this becomes strange to me becouse this is not our original arrangement and more over lome is not my country and i dont hear french and i must obtain visa to travel to lome togo,so i considered this impossible and adviced him to take any available flight to ghana from lome but he opted to come through the border and tell me that the taxi driver he met in lome airport mr bello has agreed to take him to Ghana that it will take them 5 hours to arrive and i was waititng for the whole day and the next day i could not hear from mr sacash so i was very much worried on what might be of him.And i immediately sent a written notifito the british embassy in Ghana notifying them of the missing of my guest and how he was putting into wrong flight from tripoli.
I even went to the extent of contacting the west african security forces who swong into action to locate where ever he is held before the ghaninian police and togolese police anounced his recovery.
The construction investment we are talking about is to by getting road construction project from the ghana authorities after which we share the proceeds.
This si al i know about mr sacash predicaments.

Subject: Ivors behaviour is causing concern
My Dear Mr Chambers,

It has been a while since I last wrote to you and such a lot has happened.
After the euphoria of getting Ivor back home and the resulting media
interest, we had the Police asking all manner of questions, although I
don't mind too much as that Robert Ohms is rather dishy.

But recently I have begun to get concerned about Ivor.
He definately has not been himself lately.
There has been the insurance man (nasty type, no breeding) asking deep
probing questions about his claim that have unsettled Ivor. They were
talking for quite some time over the weekend and Ivor looked
positively drawn and ill when they finished. In fact, I had to put a
stop to it all
I cannot think why this dreadful man is involved as I thought Robert
had dealt with all that. I shall have to ask him about this.

And yesterday Ivor spent most of the day wandering around the town and
came back with a pile of loan information from various banks that have
branches here in Chigley.
I can't think why he should do this. We are not in a position to need a loan.
The insurance claim is not even necessary, but we pay for cover and so
we are entitled to make a claim against our losses (and the 10,000
will of course come in handy).

Even when England won the Ashes yesterday, Ivor, who absolutely loves
the game of cricket - indeed he regularly played for the Chigley XI
Senior side (they always thumped the Trumpton side!), was strangely
subdued, almost distracted.
I know he has not been sleeping well either. He mumbles in his sleep about
"money in Spain", "roads and tractors" "got to help the roads be
built" "fishing lakes for the people" "chaps with empty shovels"
"chambers plays good golf" (is that you, Mr Chambers? - if I remember
rightly, he never met you!)

He won't go into his beloved garden because "that's where spiders
live" I know he has never liked spiders, but they have never bothered
him before.
He has had nightmares as well - waking up in the early morning
shouting about spiders and rain and "man food from South of Dover". I
am almost afraid to ask him about this as it clearly is upsetting him

NNA GI NA ARA MKPURU AMU

Do you know what this means?
Ivor has also been writing the following over and over again on any
scrap of paper he can find, even the wall of his bedroom has this
written on it.
I have no idea what it means although I suppose he must have picked
this up during his kidnapping. What is worrying me is that his
handwriting is getting very bad, almost childish in it's appearance
and Ivor always did have such fine handwriting

Mr Chambers, I do not wish to burden you, but maybe you can shed some
light on Ivors behaviour?
We are getting worried that he may be making himself ill over
something that we can help him with.

For the Family

Mr Chamberlin,

Thank you for your report.
I have been studying it today and I have noticed a discrepancy. You
state in your letter that Mr Sacash lost five thousand pounds during
his visit to Spain.
Are you absolutely sure this amount is correct?

Your immediate reply is required.

Yours
A. Rover

Attention:Sacash,
I recieved a mail from Mr Rover today asking me if really i am sure the amount you spent is five thousand pounds,so i replied given him the exact amount of ten thousand pounds as the entire expencies you made.
Please do not reply any other mail from Mr mako as i instructed you becouse my client would not want any body to jeopadise our efforts at this last minutes. To be frank with you mr mako is a thief who wants to reap where he does not work,so ignore his futher mails and concentrate on me and my client to achieve this long over due quest as the beneficiary of the bonded deposit.Already i have finalised arrangement with a special diplomatic courier company{transworld diplomatic coureir company} to deliver the consignment succesfully to you as we have arranged.
Please foward the last mail you recieved from Mr mako to me immediately and do not reply him again ok.
Now regarding the despatch of the consignment{funds}to you, what is causing delays now is this charges,You have to settle this week, please and please settle this chrages once and for all and lets be happy together. This charges is nothing compared to the total amount of the investment funds you were made the bonafide beneficiary. You must try your best and raise funds and transfer it as i have instructed you through my privious mails.
Note that there is no more room for dalays as my client is very much worried.
Any futher delays will amount to re considering you as the beneficiary by my client,so be expedient on what ever arrangements you do and transfer the charges and send to me the transfer reciept.
I await your quick positive reply.

Subject: last notice and be ware{deadline}zzzzzz
Attention:Sacash,
Note that we are already running out of patience and my client have decided to give last notice to you, before the funds are removed to an unknown bank without any informations to avoid betrayal as we are already having lots of incursions into our deal, from bad elements including the so called mr mako and co who are only nothing but thief , in this case we must require a written letter of attorney from you as the beneficiary of the bonded deposit authorising the bank to change your name and particulars to anothers who is ready to assist and finalise, since you can not come up with the charges requested by the diplomatic courier company to enable us finalise this deal in time although my client has indicated her williness to settle you for all you have spent so far to get this financial transaction to this stage after succesfull finalisation with the prospective beneficiary.
We are desperately in need to finalise this project according to my client, but as the attorney i can not take decisions on my own becouse i am only working for her,so the only what will save the situation at this moment is for you to come come up with what ever sum of money you have at this point in time by monday and transfer same to the account i have given you earlier and send the transfer reciept to me by email attachement so that i can approach the courier company with what we have at hand becouse we must start from somewhere, so what ever remaning my client will do something.Lets have what ever you have at the moment then my client will try her best and compliment your efforts. I will talk on your behalf this evening to my cleint to avoid her from taking actions but you must show us committment immediately without futher delays.
Please note that the so called Mr mako is a thief and what ever mail or informations he sent to you should be ignored without reply.I need your safety at this point in time becouse this transaction is comng to an end and bad people is trying to frustrate out efforts.Note that any communications you did with mr mako is at your own risk so stop, and be save with our informations. Note that i Dr chamberlin is only known by all your family, including your countrys police both insursnce company and others and any wrong doings,i must be the person to answer the questions so adhere to my instructions and lets finalise this deal once and for.
That is why my client have decided to remove the funds to avoid another people claiming
